I jerked back, what there was another fox, this school really was crazy!
I whimpered covering my face with my paws, what was happening to me!

"Mind not shouting?" Solar walked out and nodded at the group, she had wrapped a cloth around her eyes to get rid of suspicions. Putting her hand on the wall, she steadied herself and sighed, "It's offical now anyway, I'm blind in both eyes, not just the left now and I think I know what the blobs are, well basically..." she stammered quietly, but she knew the grey would hear.

The noise was murder for Archer's ears. He bent down to pet the whimpering fox in hopes it would become quiet.

A soft hand on my back brought me back to reality, I looked up at Archie, oh no was I hurting him again? I relaised as he clutched his ears, I shook my head ashamed, I have my own problems, so does he. He can't do anything to help me anyway, can he? where was that boy Tri, the mind reader, maybe he could help.

Maple looked at the whimpering fox. It smelled like a fox, but there was an underlying human odor. Perhaps it wouldn't even understand if she spoke to it in Fox. She tried anyway. Hello, Grey-fur.

"Anyway," she stood up, "What's a fox doing on the floor?" she bent over and put her hand out for it, trying to coax it over, "Here, come on..." she smiled, it looked rather like that Maddie's blob... "Maddie?" she looked at it, "Is that you?"

I blinked at the fox, did it just speak to me?
Before I could reply the girl said my name, she recognised me?
I nodded my head slowly confirming her suspicion, was this really happening?

Maple was rather put-out. The Grey-fur had outright ignored her. Her own copper fur bristled with irritation.

Sorry, that's Tri's nickname for him, that's maybe what started it off... He started calling him it ages ago and I never thought that he noticed but then Inio kept on called him it so I thought it funny that it stuck so he did too... If you want it to stop I can after they have words XP
