Ember: on my round, i saw Harper getting into trouble. i dove over to them. "He's telling the truth, officer." i sighed through the window.

Harper: I smiled a little at Ember, but I felt the officer grab my wrists and yank them into a police hold. "Aaaugh!" I shouted, "Hey, watch it! I need those!" "We've dealt with this guy before. He steals bikes all the time, and just 'puts them back'. It's still a crime to steal, even if you put it back. You're coming to the station, punk."

ember: cant anythign be easy? "Yeah, and you have also dealt with my dad. why dont you do something useful and go after creeps like him." i snapped at the officer.

Harper: The guy was holding me so tightly I could barely move or think. her dad? what? "Ow...man, this hurts, dude! I'm going to sue!" The officer next to him pistol whipped me and I lost the strength in my legs. Somehow I managed to keep conscious. "Bastard." I spat. "We try to get as many bad guys as we can. This one may not be that bad now, but give him a few years, and he'll be stealing everything he can get his hands on, and won't let anything stop him."

Ember: "Dont worry, i will." i growled, getting out of the car. "You know right now my dad could be doing a number of things to my mom...but you wouldnt be able to get to him, because you are wasting your time on someone who was putting something back." i spat.

The officer looked at Ember with a look of distaste. "Look, we're not the only officers around here, you know? This city is huge. We're just the small business cops. Burglaries and the like. We patrol the streets. You wanna complain, go talk to the chief of the city police. Don't go preaching to us. You know how many people complain to us about their problems? Take a gander at the newspaper. We're taking this kid in."

Ember: "Over my dead body." an officer tried to grab me but i elbowed him in the gut, knocking the wind out of him. i spun and 'accidentally' hit the officer that was holdign Harper, makign him let go. i opened the car door for him and slid over the hood of the car, swinging into the drivers seat. "THree."

Harper: I practically fell into the car. I only just managed to close the car door before the officer could grab me. Aaaooow, my arms! and my back...and my neck..."Nnngh..." I grimaced, trying to get my arms to work again. I heard gun shots. Turning around in my seat I made a face. "They're shooting..."

Ember: "And im driving." i gunned the car and spead out of there. "You sooo owe me man."

Harper: I just looked at her before leaning back in my seat. "Whatever." My neck still hurt, and I could feel a bruise growing from where the stupid officer pistol whipped me. We rounded a corner sharply, and my hand accidentally dug into the center of the pain. "eeuk!" I grunted, my eyes growing wide, and I slammed forward against the dashboard. I slid under it, my back to the front of the car as it kept going, and it wasn't long until i finally lost consciousness. you need to work on your driving skills i thought

I ran next to the car invisible and yanked the door open. I slid in, closing the door and looked at Ember, "I'll take the wheel." We traded places and I poured on the speed, putting my driving skills in action.

Harper: "Please do" I groaned, slowly regaining consciousness.

[Cali]

I grinned, "Try not to throw up, okay?" I say softly and swerved the car so it was facing traffic. I charged towards the oncoming traffic, dodging the cars without too much moving.

[Cali]

I swerved onto a freeway and drove fast, a few cop cars falling.

Harper: "Okay..." I groan, leaning my head against the car seat. "Where are you driving us?"

[Cali]

"Somewhere safe. The shooters in those cars are with Rockwall High."

[cirrus_sd]

Harper: "Wha? They're police officers..."

[Cali]

"The ones driving are." I muttered and quickly swerved into an alleyway then out of it, losing them. I clutched the wheel so tight that my knuckles turned white.

Harper: I hit my head hard against the seat and again against the dash board. "Ow!" I shouted, rubbing my head. She swerved and i fell hard against the car door. And suprisingly...it opened...dammit...I grabbed the handle just in time, but now my head was inches away from the ground.

"Harper!" I shriek eyes wide and grab his arm. I pull him in with an effort.

Harper: My hand slipped and I grabbed the edge of the door, doing everything I could to keep my head up. I heard shooting again, and this time, with a scowl, I plunged my hand into my pocket and pulled out a black bar. I flipped it open, pressed a button, and started shooting back with my own handmade gun (don't ask...i was bored...and it looks like a taser so no one suspects anything). "AAARURGHUR!" I shouted. I felt something hit me hard and sharp, and although it hurt, I ended up doubling over and heaving myself back into the car. Lovely. I'm bleeding. "Get to the water!" I shouted as I pulled the door shut.

seriously, i have to go though...sorry. but i need sleep. idk if i'll be on tmrw

I pressed the pedal so hard, the speed went into the hundreds quickly. "Damn it Harper." I say, voice worried. "How bad is it?" I summoned a spirit to control the car to get to the water and got into the backseat. I opened the back door and started to shoot back at them.

Ember: Great....i might actually get fired on my first day of work. "Sorry i got you away from them." i mumbled at Harper. "Ill tkae the wheel." i sighed, climbing back into the front seat and making the spirt go elsewhere.
