Book: I looked at him and put on waif eyes so he wouldn't feel so bad. "Thank you Raggeti, I am ever so glad to have a strong male here to protect me." I fluttered my eyelashes then lead him to the stairs. I looked up, picked up the hem of my dress and started climbing up them.

Raggeti felt a bit better, so managed a weak smile before scaling the stairs alongside Book. Why did ancient people always build such steep stairs? Soon enough, they'd reached the huge arch leading into the building. He looked back, and saw Pintel salute him onward. Just thinking about going in there gave Raggeti the davies*, but, steeling himself for whatever might be within, he stepped into the gloomy old building.

((*"To get the davies" is pirate slang for being scared. It derives from Davy Jones.))

Book: I looked around and sauntered in, not much to look at but a small chest on a platform with light shining upon it. Talk about a bit too easy, I bit my lip and circled it looking for some sort of trap or problem that could arise given the proper circumstance. "Something about this is a bit fishy.." I said .
