Ivory: I scowled. "Show off. I could do that too." I muttered to Jenny. I waited for them to respond to my news, which seemed to take a while to sink in.

I jumped down from the trees behind them, soundless. I then began to run after them, pretending to be out of breath. "Wait!" I called to them, stopping as I caught up. "Were you from the plane too?" I asked them, pretending to be one of the survivors.

Ivory: The girl had been so quiet that I snapped my head around, my canines larger and sharper. I could feel that my eyes were more wolf like as well. she wasn't familiar from the plane. I had caught the scent of everyone on it except for the pilots and she wasn't one of them. "Yeah." I said, playing along.

"Thank God!" I said, fakely relieved. "I thought I was the only survivor!" I wiped my brow, all the while analising every important action, without a trace of showing it.

"The front broke off of the plane." I told him, knowing that this was a test. "I wouldn't be able to tell you the direction, I couldn't find my way back so I've lived over there for the past few days." I smiled at him, looking convincing. "Melody," I told him, knowing exactly how to act. I held out my hand, calculating his strength by just his posture, but it was hard. He seemed to have more strength than his body did, almost hidden within him.

Ashlyn reached the surface and swam to the island. It was absolutely deserted. Some of the passengers belongings littered the beach.

"Hello?" She looked around as she rung out her shirt. It was getting dark and the forest looked foreboding. I'm not going in there, she told herself. Feeling helpless, Ash sat in the sand and continually turned her head as to keep everything in view.

Jenny: My eyes widened. So I had been right, there were people on this island. I really hoped that they were friendly people. Maybe with a place for us to stay, and food, and phones for someone to come and get us, but something told me that that wasn't going to happen.

Tristan: I contemplated this. People usually meant buildings. Buildings usually meant fire, or smoke, or chimneys, or large clearings of land...all of which I had not seen on my aerial view of the island...so, they were most likely cannibals. or at the very least not very civilized...maybe primitive...like the aztecs, but without the shabam.

Jenny: I chewed on my fingernail, considering what to do. "Maybe we should just stay here..." I suggested. My stomach was doing nervous flips at the mention of the other humans.

James came out of the water with one hell of an attitude. "Who the hell gave that pilot a license?" He looked around until he spotted Ash. "Are we the only survivors?"

"I don't know." Ash was staring into the forest, resting her arms and head on her legs.

"So you sit your tail down and look into the forest?" James was beyond mad.

"It's scary." Being as Ash had been in an institute for three years almost everything was scary.

"If you can walk get some wood. We need to build a fire or we'll die by freezing." James set off to look for dry wood, as did Ash. In thirty minutes they'd found a good enough supply. James rubbed his palms together before standing over the woods. In seconds the wood was on fire. They sat together beside the fire, Ash still looking into the woods. James found it a bit eerie. Why did he have to be stuck with a weirdo?

Jenny: I stood there awkwardly for a second before speaking. "I'm going to go back and get my luggage," I announced, heading back down the path that we had come from.
The walk was just as tiring on the way back. When I made it back to the beach there was a fire and two people sitting there. I hesitated for a second before heading over to them. "Are you survivors from the plane?"

"Oh, my God. Somethings coming for us." Ash gasped out loud as a figure emerged from the woods, cutting off their previous exchanging of names. She knew they were bad woods.

James stood up and looked in the direction Ash had been talking about. His hand glowed orange, ready for whatever came their way.

And then they saw it. Just a girl.

James glared at Ash for having spooked him. "Yes. Where'd you come from? Are there others? Please, let there be." If he had to stay on the island with Ash he'd probably end up killing her.
