James held Declan at his hip, grinning as he passed out bread samples and small pieces of cake. The day seemed golden, the boys had just spurted up in height too, making it just a bit harder to carry them.
James smiled tenderly at Tayler and ruffled her hair affectionately.
The day was lovely.

June sat in a wheel chair as James wheeled her in, her twins in her arms and Ameila toddering along behind with James.
June had begun to be able to move again but she was weak, a notion that ignited a hot flame inside her and made her push herself as hard as she could when no one was looking.
Not only that but she had begun to experience weird mental shifts and sudden explosions of the senses. She had told Jason all of it and, to his dismay, forced him into letting her come to the opening. She wouldn't miss it for the world. So she rolled in with a smile on her face and a burn in her eyes.

Raela stood behind the cashier with a bright smile, handing out little cookie samples and bite-size cupcakes as she rang up orders.

Jason kept his hand in Ameila's as he wheeled June in.

James skirted around a few running children and made his way to the checkout.
"Hey, pretty lady.. Could you help me out, I'm looking for some hot buns... and I know you got them.." James remarked slyly, grin pushing it's way onto his face.

June smiled back up to Jason, "I don't think they've seen us yet." She said excitedly.

Jason smiled, "then it's our surprise."

Raela laughed with a smile as she held Angel on her hip. It had been almost a year she was born.
"They're in the back," she replied slyly, gesturing her head to the back in the kitchen.

James laughed and looked around and caught Jason's mussed up hair.
"It's them! Wait.. What's wrong with June?" He murmured, frowning.

June cooed gently to Ary as his sniffles grew a little louder, no tears in public places if that could be avoided.
She was nurturing but she was also strict.

Ameila made her father stop walking as she went to her brother's side. She gently poked his cheeks. "Awy..."

Raela frowned and gasped, seeing June in a wheelchair. "Ohmygod.."

June grimaced as that set off louder little cries.
"Ameila.. that's not very nice.. He didn't like that.. He's tired too.." June chided as she tried to calm him down.

James let Declan go see Ameila, and wrapped an arm around Raela as they made their way over, concerned looks on their faces.

Raela approached them, holding a year old Angel.

June looked up, distracted from her child and smiled brightly to them.
"CONGRATULATIONS!" She shouted with a grin.

James jumped a little at the unexpected shout but laughed with them all, quite chummily.

Jason looked up to them as he picked up Ameila.

June shrugged, "I'm pretty good, I'm still breathing, that's a good sign."

"What happened?" James asked, looking at Jason with a frown.

"A while ago, I came home to find that she couldn't move her body at all except her head," he sighed softly, guilt in his eyes.

Raela gasped at this, eyes widening.

June looked up to Jason with a bit of a pout.
"He blames himself and he shouldn't.. it was a mutual issue. I am getting better though." She said, transitioning from a chiding tone into a bright cheery one.

James wrapped an arm around Raela with a sad look to Jason.

June smiled at the couple before them.
"Can I get a taste of your bread, that's why we came here anyway, the free food." She joked, trying to lighten the mood.

June closed her eyes for a moment, pushing away the headache that was threatening her frontal lobe.
She let out a breath.
She could get through another couple of minutes.

Jason leaned down so his lips were by her ear. "Is it the headache? Is it worse?" he whispered softly and worriedly, kissing her cheek in hopes of calming her.

June nuzzled back softly, and nodded.
"It's not that bad.. I can suffer through it, we have to support our friends but... I don't want to drop the babies." She muttered worriedly.

June bit her lip insecurely, she didn't know how well she could control herself these days.
"I.. Can you hold them?" She asked softly.

Jason nodded slowly, taking the twins into his arms, motioning to Raela. Raela nodded and wheeled June for him.

June closed her eyes tightly, her body forgetting to respond to her.
She grimaced.
She hated to be this way.
She passed out.
