Renji was slowly breaking down, tears leaking out of his eyes. "Why...? Why is this happening," he whimpered.

She cried out at the pain, hugging her stomach as she heaved and coughed. Her hand came up to cover her mouth and she paled, feeling some liquid. When she pulled her shaking hand away, she gasped shakily, seeing some blood.

Orihime was whimpering as she looked at the screen. "Something's wrong. I-I don't think I'm going into labor though. M-My water didn't break," she spoke and then cried out. "What's happening?" she sobbed.
Then, hearing Ichigo say that, she began to shake and cry. "Don't leave me!"

Hitsugaya led Isshin to the room Orihime was in as he explained to him what happened.

Isshin looked at it. Then he saw it. He swallowed a little. It was a shard of glass that had was omitting some type of glow. "Aikou," he whispered so low that Orihime nor his son could hear. "Her reiatsu...It's mixing with something like Aizen's."
Orihime took his hand crying. "I'm scared," she sobbed.

Tears filled his eyes as he shakily and sadly smiled. "Perfect," he whispered.
