Hitsugaya yelled her name and flash-stepped after her.

Aikou sniffed out his trail, running on all fours, the ground splitting beneath her.

Hitsugaya followed, going into his Shinigami form and catching up to her.

She paid no attention, freezing as something came up behind her smashing her into a wall.

"Aikou!" he roared and launched himself into Aizen, growling.

Orihime began screaming in pain.

Ichigo still held her hand assuring her it would be okay.

Ashina signed her name as well, all cried out.

Orihime clutched her stomach, screaming in pain. Isshin turned off the ultrasound without them looking but not without seeing the glass growing closer to one of the babies.

Aikou got back up looking unaffected and dove her katana at Aizen as he dodged. "GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!!!" She growled clawing at him.

[Cali]

Blood spurted out of his stomach as he growled. Before he could attack, a red line suddenly ran straight across his neck and his head fell off, revealing Hitsugaya behind him, blade in hand.

Aikou clawed the body murderously, ripping skin off with her teeth, her tail turning into three.

"Aikou!" he yelled and pulled her off. "He's dead, Aikou."

She screamed, her eyes bright red, "MOTHERFUCKING PIECE OF DOG SHIIITT!"

"Aikou, breathe!" he yelled, holding her tightly but not enough to hurt the baby. "Aikou, please," he begged. "Calm down!"

She pressed against him, letting his ice soothe her fire, her ears sinking back in. "I-I'm sorry...I-I..."

Ichigo paled as years course down his cheeks gripping her hand.cheeks,

"Shh, it's okay, it's okay," he whispered. "Come on, Orihime needs you. You need to get that glass out of her before something happens."

Suddenly, Orihime gasped in pain again, her eyes slamming shut. She could feel something sharp inside her. "I-Ichi," she cried out.

Aikou was there in seconds, covered in blood she injected a small amount of morphine into Orihime and sliced her stomach carefully, avoiding the twins and their protective sacs.

Ichigo swallowed nodding, ''Alright,'' he said, picking up the tools and waiting for instruction.

[Cali]

The piece of glass inside her was dangerously close to one of the sacs, her chest slowly having a faint rise and fall. Her eyes fluttered shut, her hand loosening around Ichigo's as she passed out from the pain.

Isshin took the tools from his son, seeing Aikou already handling it.

Ichigo couldn't help but feel a sense of relief, not sure he'd be able to do it.

Aikou took out the glass carefully, her hands extreamly precise. "She'll be okay..." She took the glass putting it in a steel container, "Isshin sew her up, I'm going to take this to my lab and analyze it for further research...we may learn something...for now I'm going to check to see if Ashina has this problem as well." She left, walking to her room.

Ashina starred at thepaper as she sat the slip down as she heard the door open.

Aikou walked in, "I need to do some surgery Ashina... we've found some evidence indicating Aizen's power.." she stroked her friend's forehead, a slightly worried look on her face.

Ashina cast a scared glance at Renji, ''Ll-okay..'' she said softly.

Aikou smiled, "You can trust me... " she gave Ashina some water, injecting some morphine.

Ashina drank the Easter down, turning to lay on the bed.
