Renji held Ashina in his arms as they watched TV.

Hitsugaya was playing rhe piano, eyes closed.

Renji stroked her hair lovingly, not even paying attention to the show on.

Orihime looked up, seeing a female doctor walk in. "I'm afraid I have some good news and some bad news," she spoke softly.
"What's the good news?" she asked, her voice a little shaky.
"Good news is your babies are perfectly healthy," she smiled.
Orihime sighed in relief. Then she looked up. "What's the bad news?"
The doctor sat down on her chair, a frown on her face.
"Miss Inoue," she began, "I'm sorry to tell you this but...While we were testing the blood sample...We found that you have a rare gene within your DNA that can make complications within a pregnancy...but we also found that you have another rare gene..." She trailed off, finding this hard to say.
"It's possible that you can die shortly afte giving birth."
Orihime's eyes widened and filled with tears. "Wh-What?"

She closed her eyes for a moment, humming softly.

Ichigo's eyes were wide, feeling tears in his eyes, but quickly wiping them away Soo that Orihime didn't see.

"What are the chances...that I die?" she whispered.
The doctor frowned. "75%."
Orihime let out a sob, eyes slamming shut.

He smiled at her humming. "Sounds nice," he remarked softly.
