Kairi watched the dark sphere approach slowly yet quickly. She just stared with a look of sadness on her face.

Kairi looked down at their hands, then up at his face. Tears were streaming down, fear seeping deeper and deeper into her frosty blue eyes.

Kairi blinked before fully turning towards him. She then leaned up onto her tiptoes and wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him. "The dark scares me Sora...."

All she could do was smile, "You always do...always have..." Kairi held him tighter,fear truly seeping in as she saw the sphere closer than before.

Tears weren't stopping as she buried her face into his neck. "Don't let me go, Sora. Please...." She looked back at him, crying softly.

As the darkness approached, Kairi let one of her hands fall into his; she pulled away and looked into his eyes, her cheeks red from their close proximity.

Sora stared into hers and took a deep breath and leaned forward, pressing his lips boldly to hers as the darkness closed around them.

Before the darkness fully engulfed them, she held on as tight as she could, kissing him back as her tears glided against his cheeks. When it closed in on them, all went black; no feeling, no sight, no taste. Just nothingness.

As Kairi floated into the darkness, she had recollection of the last moments. She felt herself falling; she didn't know her destination nor her destiny. That just made it less frightening. A scattered memory is like a far off dream....

"Wha...?"

Is any of this real...? Or not?

That voice....Sora!!!

Frost blue eyes opened as she shot up, her breathing harsh. She looked to her left to see a small dalmation puppy licking her hand. She sighed and faintly smiled. "Hi there, little fella...are you lost?" She asked the small pup, picking it up and setting him on her lap.

Sora yelled as he wash pulled out of the dark with a groan. "Wah...I'm in Traverse town?" Roxas? You there? There was no response and he could no longer sense his Nobody.

Roxas sat up and looked around. He was in Twighligh town. He slowly stood up and began walking around.

Lacie opened her eyes upon hearing lost of laughing and shouting. Where was she? She groaned and got up to look around. "Hello?" She called. "Riku? Sora? Kairi?" No answer. "Roxas? Namine?!" She could hear the voice from before telling her she was all alone and her friends had abandoned her.

Naminè peeled her eyes open, groaning in alight pain. She turned to her back and got up slowly. Twilight town?

Kairi got up, ignoring the pain in her body. She walked out of the alleyway to see she was on the other side of Traverse Town. She set the little pup down as she took a few steps. Sora...where are you....? Are you safe....? she wondered to herself.

Sora frowned. "Kairi?" He called wandering through Traverse Town. He, for some reason, felt like Kairi was there.

Roxas saw the clock towner and found that everyone was just getting up to start the day.

Lacie frowned and called again "Riku? S-sora? Kairi?!" Tears gradually blinded her as she walked around.

Kairi looked around, hearing a voice hissing. "He's abandoned you. You're all alone and you are now mine.....!!" She turned and gasped, taking a few quick steps back. Soldiers surrounded her as Maleficent stepped out of the shadows. "Come to me....princess

Kairi called out for help as she summoned Oblivion. She turned and slashed at the Soldiers before taking off running into the second district. Tears blinded her vision as she screamed for help and ran for her life. She suddenly tripped and fell to her stomach. The small puppy was urging her to get up. She looked into his blue eyes and said firmly, "Find Sora." The pup dipped it's head and took off.

Sora was looking for Kairi when a tiny puppy came up and was pulling on his pants leg, barking. "What is it, fella?" The dog yelped and took off running. "Hey!" Sora cried, following it.

Roxas went and got him a seasalt ice cream and continued walking around.
