Rupe sauntered out of his room down the stairs, he was wearing white pants, and red shirt. "Bonjour." he said as he heard a knocking. "I think someone is at the door."

(note... rupe likes red, and jack likes blue so yeah LOL)

Char: I patted my dress and dusted it off and opened the door to his room. "I just wanted to make sure that your parents believe the plan.." I trail off looking out the window. It was a lovely view of the city.

"That's okay." Jack said. He looked at the view, then at her, the dress made her glow. He shoved the thought of his mind, he didn't like her.

Char: I gave him an up down, not the nicest thing to wear to breakfast but he did look nice. I tore that thought apart, he was just a pawn in my plan. "Lets go." I said offering him my arm.

Jack walked her down stairs. "Maman, if you don't mind I'm going riding, I will have an apple or two in the orchard." He said, looking at Charlotte.

Char: I go to the stables after breakfast and go to the stablemaster. "Sir, I would like to know if there are any fine horses for sale near here." I say innocently. The stableman nodded and gave me the directions to a stable north of the mansion.
Handing the directions to the buggy driver I sit back and watch the scenery. After half an hour we finnally turn into the stable's drive and I get out.

Jack was leading his horse out of the stables, tenderly petting it along the neck. A buggy pulled up, and Charlette stepped out. He smiled at her.

Char: I look up to see Jack, my mouth drops open in a very unladylike manner. Why was he here? I quickly close my mouth and daintily walk into the stable dismissing his smile with a slight wave.

Jack turned back to his horse, and lead him to the riding ring so he could warm up.

Char: I went through the stalls with the owner till I found a beautiful cherry roan mare. I bought her and took her out to the ring for a quick test ride. I carefull got on side saddle and rode her out into the middle past Jack. I sent him a grin that said 'I can ride a horse, I'm not incompetent'.

Jack smirked, as he brought his horse up to a trot. He then exited the ring. And began to ride off.

Char: I couldn't help but pout, I was showing off and he just left. It bruised my ego to a point, then I remembered that I didn't like him and it was all better. I just couldn't shake the feeling that I haven't given him a chance.
I paid the owner and gave him the adress where to take the horse and left, my destination: home, not really.

Char: I sat glumly in the carriage fingering the lacework on my sleeves. Intricate and beautiful, not to mention silent and willing to be rolled up or left down. It was the artwork of which every woman was suppose to be, submissive and beautiful. Plain and stupid, I refused to be forced into something I wasn't.
