Lupus glared at the Golden hatchling. I do not trust that beast; nor do I trust it's owner, he thought to Tarrant, The Queen of the Golden Dragons was captured long ago. These puzzle pieces that girl presents us with, they do not fit together.
Tarrant glanced at Lupus. You're positive? You're sure there's no way that's just a new type of Golden Dragon?
Lupus nodded. Of that I am sure. That beast is bred for destruction. It will bring only harm to this place. Good will be hard to get out of it.

[Charlie]

I will tell you, that that drake, and anyone associated with it should not be trusted. She is saying things that don't fit together. I highly doubt what she is saying is true. She might be hiding the truth.
"Should we be worried?" Keegan asked.
Yes Came the serious reply from the dragon.

Wait, I missed a bit. Has it hatched?

@Charlie: Now our dragons are thinking the exact same things. This is too weird...)

He sighed, and looked at his dragon, "So, what is a Dragon Dancer?" Styler asked, looking at the group ahead of them, he grew doubtful that this hatching was good news; everyone said so...
Young Styler, do not trust all what it seems, you need to delve through the mind into the heart. That is a Dragon Dancer.
"Okay, an explqnation for someone that doesn't get riddles?" he laughed, but still felt doubtful.
You'll see, with time...
Styler mumbled something under his breathe as Suki Rin grunted; he forgot that they were tied through heart, unlike others.

Keegan knew he and Deegan were different. They were connected since Deegan's birth, but it wasn't till a few years ago did they meet. Perhaps by fate, or Deegan trying to show off. But Keegan became marked. To his knowledge he was the only one.
Neither Deegan nor Keegan understood this. They just excepted it.

Styler sighed, approaching a guy and his dragon, both with similar names that annoyed him, "So, you guys know anything about the Golden Drake?" Suki Rin lowered her head to Styler's shoulder as he spoke; he reached up and stroked the side of her head, the place where she was scarred from their first flight togther.

[Charlie]

Keegan turned around. "I don't trust it or its owner. If that's what you mean."
Deegan Fahy sat up fully, his head casting a slight shaddow over Keegan.

You are not to go anywhere near that creature, Lupus thought to Tarrant, his deep, low voice rumbling and reverberating through Tarrant's head, It is a thing not meant for good. It is encompassed in shadow.
Tarrant looked over at the gold-colored hatchling. It glowed and shimmered brightly in the sun. I don't know if you noticed, but there are absolutely zero shadows around that thing. It was so bright, in fact, it almost hurt one's eyes to look at it.
You take things too literally, Lupus admonished, It is encompassed by evil, in shadow.
Wolf Dragons are, too, Tarrant pointed out, You've told me that before. About the strong ties to darkness and shadow.
Yes, Lupus said softly, But this is different than Shadow of the Wolf Dragons. It pierces this beast's heart, taking complete control over it.

Styler nodded, "That and more," he bit my lip lightly, "You know about his creature, right? The Golden Drake I mean. I heard you earlier about your dragon knowing such knowledge, would you care to share what you know with me and my dragon, only to see if Suki Rin knows of the same stuff you do."
Stuff? Nicely worded... her voice was sarcastic, a rare thing for such a serious dragon.

Keegan looked up Deegan Fahy. Who nodded. "I'll speak for him."
Deegan Fahy began talking really fast. Keegan was having a hard time comprihending it. "Slow down!" Keegan yelled up.
Deegan Fahy lowered his head to ground level. Keegan barely reached the half way mark.
He bagan to think slower to Keegan.
"Dragons should take heed when they come across them. They will lie about who they are and manipulate those around them. Killing dragons, especially those their kind have never gotten along with is something they will do, no matter what." Keegan paused.

Tarrant and Lupus listened to Keegan and Styler's conversation.
Deegan Fahy is right, you know, Lupus thought, Golden Drakes were bred for killing. It's in their blood.

(Ooo dinner and a show!)

Styler nodded, "Right," I nodded at Suki Rin; they knew basically the same as us, no difference there then. He sighed and patted her head, "Nothing more then..." he looked over the guy's head and at the school behind, "The library might have something."

"It most certainly will. Have you been there yet? I have never seen so many books," Beka voiced.
Belyi sniffed towards the Drake. How can something so young, so little cause everything that the others are talking about? She snorted. It didn't choose to be what it is- it was just born that way. Could we not give it a chance?
The young rider twirled a lock of red hair thoughtfully before answering aloud.
"Let's research it at the library before we decide anything,"

Styler nodded, "Best thing that we can do," he looked at Suki Rin, "Come on," he patted her face and walked on.
Styler, remember what I said. Heed my words. Heart through to Mind. her voice was strong and wise.
"I know Suki, I know."

Tarrant followed the others to the library, talking through thought with Lupus the whole way.
But, you know, you can't tell what something will be like until it is what it will be like, Tarrant said.
Enough of this! I shall talk no more on the subject for now, Lupus shouted. He stomped one of his forefeet on the turf, causing the ground to rumble and shake. His voice held so much anger and foreboding, that Tarrant knew it was best to drop the matter for the time being.

Laying one hand on her dragon's thick neck, Beka walked with them, Belyi by her side. Tarrent's and Lupus's argument was somewhat alarming, and both rider and dragon glanced back at them repeatedly.
It did not take long to reach the huge halls and towering class rooms of the school. Almost every room was built for several of the biggest dragons. The hard stone floors were marked by claws and it wasn't odd to see a scorch mark on the ceiling. Beka loved it here, though she longed to be done training.
"We're almost there,"
I love the smell of books. Belyi stated as she helped Beka heave open one of the huge doors to the library.

[Charlie]

"We should go to the library to." Keegan mentioned, fully intent on learng more about the drake.
Deegan Fahy however had a different idea, he was going to find out more about those scars, he just had to manipulate Keegan to do it.

Styler laughed, "So, this is officially a group thing then. Are we gonna be like a gang and stick together on the whole Drake thing?" he looked at them, half excited that this was the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

[Charlie]

"Why not." Keegan said. He was nudged by Deegan Fahy. "I'm agreeing with him." Keegan said a bit distressed.

Tarrant nodded. "Might as well be," he agreed. He looked to Lupus, seeing if he had anything to say on the matter. But Lupus was already paging through a book. He was considerably smaller than most dragons, so it was easier for him to manipulate human objects, most often books.

[Charlie]

Deegan went to a book, and started looking for markings. Dragons marking riders, and what not. Keegan I need your help.

"There is safety in numbers, and comfort in companionship," Beka smiled and her sky dragon nodded as they stepped into the huge room. Once again both of them were struck by the huge amount of books and dragon scrolls. The library was a series of five huge rooms all filled with books.

[Charlie]

Keegan walked over, "With what?"
Markings, do Drakes make any strange markings on their riders. Deegan Fahy said, knows a good ploy to get Keegan to tell him about the scars.
"If this has anything to do with my scars..." Keegan warned, "Get it out of your mind, I wont tell you anything."

Belyi found a large dragons' scroll on Golden Drakes and curled up in one of the cushioned hollows of the floor to read it.
Beka stood, skimming books by Lincoln Ravid, Drake expert. There were tons of them.
