Connor: I glance out my window, stretching back, grinning at my reflection. "So to the beach, I see. Skinny dipping?" I roll my head over to look at Lucy, laughing.

Lucy: I blush a bit then give him a evil smile. "Maybe." I wiggle my eyebrows just to get the finishing touches on the look.

Connor: I roll my eyes. "Man, anyway, we should be careful. Don't wanna run into Ky and Jp there." I smirk, remembering them from earlier. "Hey, did you even know Ky liked Jp?" I ask suddenly.

Lucy: I feel my face go a bit red in guilt. "Uh...not..n..not really.." I say wincing as my voice grew high. Ky might've told me, a few times, he just wanted me to put in a good word. I gave some hints, now and again...

Connor: I blink. "What? Why doesn't anyone tell me anything? Jeez. Girl code..." I mumble, shaking my head. "Anyway, well I saw him and her talking earlier." I shrug.

Lucy: I turn to him with a super bright smile on my face. "No way." I said in total non belief. He did it! He asked her out! "We have no reason to watch out for them if we go to the beach, we both agreed that he'd take her to that italian resturant near the garage." I add on to the end.

Connor: I nod appreciatively. "Sounds good." I rub my stomach. "The Italian food, I mean." I smile. "So...to the beach!" I shout as she pulls the car to a stop. I jump out, running for the waves as Lucy trails close behind me.

Lucy: I strip off my t-shirt and jeans and sprint past him into the greenish blue waves in my underwear and a undershirt over it. I dive into the wave and get soaked in the salty water. I look at Conner's wide eyes. "I couldn't let my clothes get dirty could I?" I say sweetly.

Connor: I shake my head, chuckling, slipping off my shirt and wading in after her. I duck under the water, searching for her legs, then grabbing one and dragging her down.

Lucy: I shriek as I fall into the waves, when he lets go I resurface. Just to punish him I float on my back with my eyes closed, I try my best to seem still.

Connor: I stand over her, raising a brow. "Uhm...Luce...?" I sigh, running a hand through my hair. What to do...I snap my fingers. I got it! I lean over her face, grinning. "Lucy..." I sing, then press my lips to hers gently.

Lucy: I wrap my arms around his neck to the unexpected kiss. It was strangely perfect, sweet and gentle. I just started to enjoy it all the more when a few words cut through my brain.

"Is that you Lucy?" It was JP's voice.

Connor: My eyes wide, I stare at Jp. She looks about ready to laugh.
"Hey guys." She waves faintly. "Um," she brings her arm back, massaging the back of her neck. I exchange a look with Lucy. "Am I...interrupting something..?" she asks warily.
"Yeah..." I get a hard look from Lucy. "I mean, kinda." She rolls her eyes. I shrug.

Jp: Lucy and Connor? Yeah, you could say it was sort of inevitable. No matter how much I liked Connor...Lucy really deserved him. And it was sort of a 'Lucy-gets-first-dibs' situation. I mean, they are best friends, so yeah.

Lucy: I unwrapped my arms from around him and sent her a 'how long did you think it would take?' look. Conner looked uncomfortable, just like I felt. "Uh...." I blushed a bit and subconciously leaned against Conner.

Jp: "So...looks like you guys are having fun." I half smile. "Maybe I'll just talk to you guys tomorrow. See you at...your place, Lucy." I give her a 'we're gonna talk about this later' look and turn around, walking back and up towards my car. I guess talking to Ky will have to wait until tomorrow. I bite my lip. What was he going to ask me?

Lucy: I wave at her and shout bye. Turning to Conner I bit my lip, I look up studying his eyes. "She was going to find out sooner or later..." I tried. Nothing, not so much as a smile.

Connor: I look away, not sure what to do. "Yeah, I guess." I shrug. I mean, how am I supposed to feel? God, I wish there was a handboo--wait. No. I'd have to read it. Okay..I wish it were instinct to know what to do. I finally look back to Lucy.
What Connor Knows :
He likes Lucy. A lot. As a friend, and -most likely- more than that. Considering how many kisses that have been exchanged.
What Connor Doesn't Know :
How he feels about Jp. Oh, and how he feels about her and Ky. He doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings -including his own- and would just like a break from life for a while.

"Luce, I don't think we can get away with this whole 'just friends' thing. We like each other too much," I say, completely serious.

Lucy: I nod slowly unsure what to do or say, I knew he was right. He just was a bit too tempting considering how my stupid emotions were acting. "So?" I asked.
Was he going to say we couldn't be friends anymore? I would litterally break inside, he was the only stone grounding me. I kinda depended on him too much.

Connor: I let out a deep breath, leaning back in the water, floating for a moment and thinking. "So...are you free this Friday? I swear to god I heard someone talking about this one Italian restaurant downtown..." I trail off, a half smile tugging at the corners of my lips.

Lucy: I grin at him. "I think I am, and ya. I think I heard someone talking about it..." I splashed him like a little kid, right in the face. As he registered it in shock I dove down underwater and waited.

Connor: I break in to a grin, not bothering to wipe my face off. I dip under, blinking under the water - a gift. To see underwater, I mean-not to mention salty water. Anyway, I push forward and wrap my arms around her, press my lips to her nose and laughing, sending up a wall of bubbles. They tickle my stomach as I resurface slowly.

Connor: I smirk. "Hello," I raise my eyebrows up and down. I feel her shiver a little. "Want me to drive you home? I think you and Jp will be talking about a certain other guy..that...well...girl stuff." I shrug. "Hey, I'm not totally unobservational. And yes I did make up that word."

Lucy: I raise an eyebrow and start shivering, it was freezing! "So Mr.Nice guy, you would leave a freezing girl to walk all the way to your car? Did I mention I was freezing?" I cracked a smiled but my teeth started to chatter.
