Connor: "Man, do you know why?" I swerve just in time to dodge Clarkson's trail of spikes. I switch off onto defense and set the car's wheels so that I"m only driving on two. I hold my breath, praying I stay balanced long enough. I only let it out when I do, drifting to make the next turn. "Hey, can you hack into her wave length? Talk to her," I say, then swearing to myself as Clarkson rams into my front tire. I blast a shot of hot air - the best I could do on short notice - on the underside of his car. He flips over, but somehow manages to get right side up again. "Son of a bitch," I whisper, my eyes narrowing over at him. He just won't die!

Lucy: "Sure, oh and press the button combo six six six when Clarkson gets close, I made that one special for you. Brb." I sang out and started going through the air waves. When I find JP's I start hacking, in ten seconds I got her.
"Hey girl, this is Lucy. May I ask a question?" I say a friend like.

Connor: "Six, six, six," I mutter, punching it in as Clarkson attempts another round at me. I grin as he's blasted aside and I can pull back up the few places I'd lost. "Nice one, Luce," i whisper to myself.

Jp: I jump, fiddling with the headset. "What? Lucy?" My eyes widen. "What are you--Look, I can explain," I gasp a little when someone gets real close to my left. I urge my car forward, my heart racing fast.

Lucy: "Don't try to shut me off, I have the control of the headsets. Basic technology, primitive really. So please do explain." I say sweetly while digging into ice cream. I had a bucket of vinilla and it was mine. I go to two way on the headset so I had Conner and JP.
"Like the weapndry Mr.Westin?" I purr happy with myself.

Connor: "Hell yes!" I crow, grinning like a maniac. "Lucy, you know you rock, right?" I laugh.

Jp: I gulp. "Okay, so it's this new rule that only applies to twins, right? It sucks majorly, but my father actually passed it. One of us has to race. My brother got to the third marker, so he was qualified 'enough'," i frown to myself. "God, so now i have to race." I jerk the wheel to avoid slipping into the forest straight ahead that I knew held all sorts of bad things.

Lucy: I frowned at JP's Comment. "Okay, then. I have to transfer data. Bye!" I Switch back to Conner. "Yo, and yes I do rock. JP has to race, it's a new rule about twins. Don't kill her please." I say before returning to my ice cream glumly.

Connor: "Me? Kill a friend? Really Lucy?" I snort, but pay closer attention to what Jp's doing. I push aside a white Jaguar from ramming into her and have to dodge a blow that she sends out right away. Hey! I was only trying to help. I grumble, steering into an easy second behind her, Clarkson soon to follow up in fifth. I smirk.

Lucy: I roll my eyes. "I was just warning you, killing my roomie would intitle you to a butt kicking. Oh, I have a sammich up here for you." I say wtill stuffing my face.

Connor: "Thanks. And I let your roomie win. First place." I slip out of the car and greet the cameras with a wave and a smile. I spot Jp walking toward me. I wave to her, "Hey Jp! Nice rac--"
She lands a solid one to my jaw. I stumble back a step, gaping at her. Her eyes are narrowed at me.
"I can take care of myself you know!" She snaps. I blink, not sure I get what she's saying.
"Wait, what? Are you talking about just a few minutes ago? That? Sorry for saving your ass," I say back, still a little shocked. Jesus, she did have a mean right hook.
"I'm not a child! I can take care of myself," she snarls before walking off. I stare after her. What did I do?

Lucy: I jog down to Conner with his samwhich in my hand, after wading through all the paparazi I hand him his sammich and smile for thier cameras. "Conner, I have to talk to you." I whisper through my smiling teeth.

Connor: Oh yeah! I rub my jaw, "Right. C'mon," I take her arm and lead her past all the camera's, taking the sandwich from her. It's pretty good. "Okay," I start as we get back to the garage. "What's up with you and your dad? You said you saw him..?" I trail off. Not possible. I'd heard the story many times from Lucy. He couldn't be here.

Lucy: I nodded and took a deep breath, "He walked up to me, gave me a hug and told me not to contact him or he'd be forced to kill me. Then he just...left..." I said feeling my eyes well up. "Conner, what do I do?" I asked him like a child.

Connor: Wait, what the hell? You don't just do that to a person and then tell them not to find them again! It's like saying, 'don't think about the game or you lose.' Seriously. I slump down on the bench, staring at the ground. "I...I don't even know, Luce," I meet her sad gaze. Then I open my arms up, offering a hug.

Lucy: I practically leaped into his arms, I clung to him support. I hold back my stupid tears and nuzzle my face into his warm chest, hugs are truly helpful at times.

Connor: I gasp, pulling back slightly, but then I find myself kissing her back. I close my eyes, holding her tighter to me. "Lucy," I murmur after a few moments, opening my eyes. I run a hand through her hair, feeling so confused. After everything that had happened lately, things were just so...I don't even.

Connor: I lean farther away, catching my breath. "Luce..I..." I trail off, not sure what to say. Then I hear someone clear their throat. Both Lucy and I look up. It's Elliot. Oh. I almost forgot about him. And he doesn't look too happy.
"Elliot," I start, "Hey, um..."
"Yeah. Hey. Look, could you two leave your smooching to later. We got a problem. Clarkson totally smashed up Jp's car and we don't know where the hell she is. So, if you would," he gestured behind him, still looking pissed.
