Lucy: I just held up a hand as I caught my breath. Looking down I realized my shirt was backwards, I rolled my eyes and took it off. With a grin I put it back on the right way, I realized then that I chose the shirt that I had to wear the tank top with or it was way too low cut. I didn't remember the cami. Damn.

Connor: I wiggle my eye brows up and down, then look over at Ky lazily. He looks a bit uncomfortable. "Yeah, I bet you'd love to see Jp do that, huh Ky?" I tease him. His face reddens slightly.
"Um, I'm going to go find her." He wheels around, taking fast steps away. I sigh dramatically.
"Ah, young love." I look over at Lucy with a half smile. "Speaking of which."

Lucy: I grin at him then feel my stomach shift, eating the cake then running really fast wasn't such a good idea. "Hold that thought." I said and covered my mouth. I ran over to the bushes near by and puked, just when I thought my week was getting better...

Connor: I shake my head, following after her and holding her hair back. I rub soothing circles against her back, "hey, you all right? Wait, whoa! What the hell is that?" I make a face as I stare at the weird looking puke. SHe gives me a look. "Sorry, are you okay?" I go back to comforting her. That's what I"m supposed to do, right?

Lucy: I wipe my mouth on my sleeve and stand up a bit woozy. "That was half of my specialty vinnilla celebration cake." I winced at the thought of it, so good but evil at the same time.

Connor: I nod, pressing my lips to her cheek. I wouldn't be kissing her mouth for a little bit, play it safe. "I see, and what were we celebrating?" I ask curiously, wrapping my arms around her.

(twist time!!!)Lucy: I nuzzled my face into his chest. "JP an Ky together at last, I think I ate some sparkly confetti too.. I just feel so sick.." I feel a stab in my side, a painful buring sensation that spreads so it was a throbbing mass that made me double over and cry out.

Connor: I jump, my arms tightening automatically as Lucy starts to slip from me. I kneel down, setting her down on the ground before I accidentally drop her. THen I have time to start panicking. "Hey, Luce. Lucy!" I shout, trying to get her to listen to me over her screaming. I gulp. What was I supposed to do now?!

Connor: Oh god, oh god, oh god, um, think Connor! What do I do, what do I do, what do I do?? I lift her up, pressing my lips gently to her forehead, careful of her side. "it's gonna be all right. I'm gonna get you to a doctor." I assure, jogging as carefully as you can jog.

Connor: I burry my face in her hair, whispering as many assurances as I can think of. Once we get to the hospital, people start scurrying around like ants. I let them lay Lucy out on a cot and I run along side her, holding her hand. "THey're gonna take good care of you Luce, I promise. Alex is here to take care of you, see?" I gesture to where Alex is decked out in doctor gear. Then I remember the race. Oh shit. "Lucy....Luce, I gotta go...I gotta go race." I murmur, squeezing her hand.

(Harvey's girlfriend is Alex :S just a reminder)

Lucy: I flail my arms out, I needed my Conner. "Help me!" I felt the drugs being stabbed into my arm and the lights go out. "Conner.." I whispered.

Jp: I listen intently as Ky tries to tell me what the next race is all about.
"The point is that you want to get in the top five, at least. If you place in the top five, then in the last race, you get to start off first. All you have to do is beat each checkpoint. If the checkpoint is twenty minutes and you get there in 10, then they add 10 minutes for tomorrow."
"Wait..what?" I stop him, waving my hand. He sighs, looking stressed. I frown.
"Okay, every minute counts. Beat each checkpoint by as many minutes as you can. Every minute you beat the checkpoint by is added up at the end and will equal how much time you're given before the other racers tomorrow. But don't worry, I'm sure you'll do great," he gives me a big smile that still shows how worried he is. I wrap my arms around him in a tight hug.
"Yeah I will. Promise," I wave to him before dashing off to my car. I run into Connor on the way. He looks just a little more uptight than Ky. And fearful.
"Hey, what's got you so worked up?" I ask him lightly. His eyes flicker to me and he doesn't say a word. I gulp. "What happened?"
"Lucy. She's in the hospital."
My mouth pops open. "What? Why the hell is she in the hospital?" I can't control the volume of my voice as it rises a few notches.
"I don't know!" Connor shouts back. I stumble backward a few steps. GOd, I should go--but I have to race our I'm dead, quite literally.

(ahh..now i feel like we should just skip the race :S)

Connor: My fingers twitch against the steering wheel as I think hastily through the track. But I don't think about it too much. Lucy is still on my mind. I have no freaking idea what went wrong or why she's sick. I just hope she has a better chance at making it through everything then I do racing. 'Cause that would mean she'd be just fine and dandy when I'm done racing. I'm hoping for that option as the gun shoots off and I'm going from 0 to 190. Yeah, my car is just that good.

Jp: I'm almost late to start off and I'm stuck in fourth for at least the first 20-30 minutes. It sucks. Everyone keeps cutting me off and making me lag behind. Oh wait, I can use weapons. I half smile darkly to myself as I set my gun - the one I installed myself - to automatic and shoot out the tires of Mr. Number Three and slip into third, and then second, without batting a lash.
