Arthur : That all settled up we marked up a list of more suspects and reasons. None of them made sense to us though. Why would they get Phelps? Arthur : The man introduced himself to everyone. At first i could have sworn Ciel was wry of him but soon after speaking he looked fine again. "Oh..i haven't been to town in a long time..no wonder i didn't recognize you, Jeremy." He says.
he turns to us.. "Hes a local priest," Ciel explains. The man just nods and smiles. "And i was called by Sebastian through bird, quit the surprise, to be here," He smiles.

Im surprised, no one else had even thought of that before. Those people had familes. I look at the young lord. And Sebastians only family was probably him..
