She smiled softly at him, "Oh, and Sakura and I talked it over...we need to go visit Orochimaru's lover." she said, not bitter this time but still refusing to grace such a woman with the word mother, "Once we're sure it's safe."

Her lip twitched into a smile as the phone rang and she turned to answer it. Within thirty seconds of the call, she had begun to yell latin profanities into the reciever.

She was walking back and forth, hands waving wildly as she continued to yell, only a few things being understandable like "west wall" and "war mongers" and "destroy them"

Both Sakura and Sasuke frowned deeper with their brows furrowed. "What's she talking about?" he asked his sister-in-law.
"Not sure. Maybe about some guys she asked her team to follow. We wanted to take a precaution, in case there's a traitor in Konoha. Whoever attacked you didn't break in, they had access so we concluded that it may have been one of her students."

The comanding growl in her tone was severe, "Look, you and your men, go see about whoever is trying to cross the west wall and I'll deal with Akanama. Is that understood, captain?"

Nite sighed and ran a hand through her hair, taking a deep breath, "Don't worry," she assured them, looking to Sakura, "Turns out we were right. Akana was found sneaking back to the house. I have to go take care of it."

"No," Nite said firmly, "you may be healed but your body is still recovering. Stay here. I can handle it." she sighed and did something she'd never dared do, "Sasuke, as your comander and chief, I order you to stay and rest," and with that, she was moving out the door, already shifting and changing as her adorable baby fangs lengthened into long viscious needles of teeth filled with venom and her eyes were full blow wicked yellow.

Sasuke's eyes widened when she spoke. "Goddamn it, she can't go out there on her own," he heard Sakura say. She then pulled out a phone and called Ino, not caring that this was probably one of the times she was with Shikamaru.
(Can you be Shika for me? -pout-)

Ino pulled her lips away from his and pressed her forehead against his chest with a frustrated groan. "I'm not here," she muttered, sending a glare to her cell phone.

Shikamaru sighed and sat up, checking her phone, "It's Sakura."

Nite continued on as her skin whitened and her cat ears vanished, a snake like hissing iminating from her.

Ino let out a deep sigh. She took the phone from him and flipped it open. "Hello?"
"Ino, it's me. You need to get down here and watch after Sasuke. You and Shikamaru."
The blonde looked over to her boyfriend and furrowed her brow.
"Uhm, yeah. Sure. But he can handle himself."
"Not when he nearly died. He's still healing."
"Wait, nearly died!? What the hell happened?!" she cried and slowly slid off of him, biting her lip to hold back a moan, and started to dress, putting the Kunoichi on speaker.
"He was attacked in his own home by Akana."
