"Aikou, not yet," he comforted, gripping her shoulder. "Just breathe for right now, okay? If you start pushing when you're not dialated properly, you can hurt the baby." He then looked to the Captain who was pacing a little. "Get over here."
Hitsugaya went to Aikou's side and took her hand. "Baby, it's gonna be okay. Alright? Just breathe."

Aikou closed her eyes tight and bit down on a towel, trying to hold back her kitsune. "H-Hitsu I'm s-s-scared.." She barely let out gripping his shirt.

"Shh, it's going to be okay. I'm here, alright? I'm here, I promise," he murmured before letting go of her hand for the moment. He stripped his shirt and got into the tub behind her so her back was laying firmly on his chest. He took her hand and stroked her hand. "Just breathe. Okay? Just think about how we'll be holding our baby soon," he smiled, pressing a loving kiss to the top of her head.

She leaned against him with shakey breaths his ice cooling her overheated body. Three hours passed as the pain had gotten worse, she stared at the ceiling, her eyes tired.

"It's okay," he whispered, stroking her stomach and holding her hand tightly. "I'm here," he reminded then looked to Isshin. "How much longer?"
Isshin checked to see just how much she was dialated and nodded. "Now."
He then looked to Aikou. "Aikou, I want you to listen to me okay? When I tell you to push, you push. But when I tell you to stop, you need to stop, no matter how bad the pain is. Okay?"

"I love you," he whispered in her ear, helping her sit up more comfortably. He kept on rubbing her stomach to comfort her.
Isshin helped prepare her for looking at her. "Aikou, on the count of three, I wan't you to push. Okay? Can you do that for me?"

Hitsugaya stroked her hair. "You're doing so good, honey," he whispered in her ear, holding her hand tighter.
"Okay, Aikou, stop for a second alright? Can you do that?" Isshin asked.

Once it seemed like she caught her breath, Isshin looked at her. "Aikou, I want you to push again, alright? Just remember to breathe. One. Two. Three. Push."

She screamed feeling herself tear a bit, her teeth gritted due to the unbearable pain rshing through her, pushing no epidural made it hard to even make a sound.

"Keep pushing Aikou," Isshin spoke. He saw the baby's head crowning shortly after he said that.
