He snapped his fingers and the beast froze, "Power, is what I'm implying and lots of it. Don't you want some more power more than your father can give you." he smiled.

Griffin frowned on the comment was that a shot at him. He decided it wasn't. He went with Rory and Corrie to burry his step dad.

Amaria frowned. "Keep your power." she replied, showing the hurt she felt for the first time again. "I just want my Foster back. I want the guy I fell in love with."

David sat down and came up with a believable lie.

Griffin was sent to repair the sink that he broke.

Rory sat by David, "So lets hear it," She wanted to hear it to see if she could knock out any possible kinks.

Foster smiled, "He's right here," he pointed to himself. "I haven't changed a bit, but maybe, maybe you have."

David sighed. "Okay, so I was going to say that he fell down the stairs..." he mused.

Amaria stared at him. "Then I never knew him at all."

"You're loss," he said, "Maybe you'll reconsider one day." Foster took a step forward, "We could use someone as strong as you on our side."

Rory nodded, "It's good, but what about us. The neighbor saw us come in, how do you explain that?"

Griffin was tightening the pipe on the sink. He was so angry with Foster, he almost broke his wrench.

Amaria stared at him. "Maybe you're right. Or maybe, one day, we can end this all."

"We came in afterwards and ran upstairs to get Griffin's mom immediately."

Aiden eventually returned, having cooled down.

Griffin threw the wrench across the kitchen floor. He gave up on trying to fix it normally. He was pissed with Foster, and upset with himself. And even though his step dad was a jerk he was dead now, and he just began to cry a bit.

"Okay," Rory said, "How did we know to come and where did we come from?"

Foster frowned, "Oh their will be an end, an end to all those who don't join." He flashed his blade, and took another step closer, "I can offer you immortality. My patron will gladly give it to the strongest demigods."

Aiden heard a clank and followed it to the kitchen.

"We had planned a visit here a few days ago, and it was just a horrible coincidence that he fell before we got here to surprise him.

Amaria was ginuinely torn. "Foster, I'd follow you to the ends of the earth. You know that," She said, swallowing hard. "But I can't just abandon my friends."

Foster looked at her, "You're friends. You've fought with Griffin, you've blown up at Rory, no one really likes Aiden cause of his mom. Only person left for you to pick a fight with is Corrie. You really think they're your friends after that?" he asked, taking a few more steps closer.

Griffin pounded his fist on the side of cabinet as he got out. He fixed the pipe, how he wasn't sure but it wasn't exploding water anymore. Though the kitchen floor was still soaked.

Rory smiled, "Perfect. Now you just have to be the one to talk because I highly doubt many of us will be able to keep that story, well besides you Mrs. Walters, and Griffin."

Amaria looked at him. He was right. She closed her eyes. "No," she muttered hoarsely.

Aiden raised an eyebrow, leaned against the doorway. "Anything I can do to help?"

David grinned again. "Alright!"

"So you wanna go around with them, even though they don't like you, rather than with me. A person who does like you, alot." for a slight second his eyes went from gold to blue, as he let a bit of his real self through.

Griffin jumped at his voice, and wiped tears away before turning around, "Ah, no, I got it though. Thanks."

Rory hugged him.

"But you're still going to go with them on their pointless quest where one of them will die, right?" he asked. He was winding her down. Sometimes being a son of Apollo, had its upsides, trying to convince a person with crafting the right words was perfect for what he was doing now.

"Why? Why do you want to surround yourself with people who hate you? You know Griffin was right maybe you should lead the quest, it might have a better outcome for all of you," he laughed. It wouldn't. "Well if that's your choice, I'll have to give that message to a friend of mine. And things will get ever so harder for you." He smiled, then he frowned and his eyes turned to blue, "I'm sorry," he sounded like he was fighting something, "No one hates you, don't listen to me, I'm not myself. I need help." He fell to the ground gripping his stomach and was gone.

Griffin walked passed Aiden, "Sink is fixed, water still on the floor though."
Corrie appeared, she had left because she might have been daughter of the god of war, but she hated seeing people who were murdered. "Then go clean it up water boy."
Griffin glared at her.
"Not the time Corrie," Rory said, "he lost his dad, show some sympathy. Oh wait forgot you can't."

Aiden sighed. "I got the water." he volonteered, walking on past them.

David sighed. "Guys, can't we all just get along? We're not going to acomplish anything by fighting.

Amaria found her pegasi and soon joined the rest of them meekly.

Corrie glared at Rory, this little spout was no where near over.
"Police must almost be here," Griffin commented. He knew he would probably have to play the part of sad kid, which at the moment he was more than willing to do.

Amaria frowned at the scene: door left patially open and the sound of sirens approaching. She tentatively entered, hand on backbiter because she wan't sure what she'd find inside.

(She was in the woods. She fought with Corrie and left before they arrived. She only saw the end where Foster was fighting the thing.)

Corrie looked at her, "Don't be to hard on him, his dad just died, and his mom was seriously threatened, and their scars were brought up."
Griffin was still pretty upset, and Rory was talking to his mom.
