Griff had finally fallen asleep but it was restless. He kept hearing a wooshing sound, followed by a sonic boom. He tossed and turned, and a cold sweat went over his body. He would turn and twitch with great speed, inhuman speed. But he didn't know this, he didn't think about it. He just knew it made him sick.

"Rap-a-tap-tap."
Aries leant on the open cell door, raising a brow at the guy. What he was going through was rather extraordinary, infact, she had been leaning there watching him for the best part of thirty minutes.
"I take it as you feel like crud still?" she smirked, walking in and sitting on the edge of the bed, "I asked Trebuchet and he said that what you're going through is a rather bad case of it because you're on Level Ten and so closer to the core of the meteor and so faced greater radiation and so on... All the people on that level are getting rather like that at the moment though it's a bit hurdy-gurdy and everything... I'm rambling because you're all like that and it's awkward for me by the way though you, judging by what you've said earlier to both me and Jay, you're getting it pretty bad and so, I just though that I had to come and make sure that you made it through the night as apparently a few don't. Fun, eh?"
Taking a deep breath, she crossed her legs on the bed, well, the thick plank of wood with a little bit of padding on it, but you came to know it as that when you were in The Pits.

Griff nodded. Her voice was at warp speed to him but he got every word. Crud was a loose term for how he felt. Everytime he thought the fast and slow stuff finally ended it came back stronger but he could stomach it better the talking was becoming easier except when he felt as if they were going tremendously slow which was more often than not. He sat up, He got up the courage to ask, "Youthinkillmakeit?" he spoke it so fast that a normal person would have thought it was gibberish but he thought it was normal till she gave him a look like he had grown two more heads. The second time he spoke after he got over the initial shock of the spewed words. He took his time and separated each word, he felt like he was talking really slow but she gave him a look that said he was speaking normally, "You think I'm gonna make it?"

Aries nodded, "That's roughly what I said...or so I think."
The girl shook her head, fiddling with the hem of her shirt, watching as her finger twisted around the loose bit if thread which she hadn't bothered to take off yet.
"Anyway," she sighed, "You've got some breakfast on the side that I was commanded to bring. I think you've got some of the best stuff, but I had some already and it isn't poisoned."
She was a bit lost with her words; she wasn't sure what to say nor what to do so she just stated facts as she normally would do.

Now her talking seemed warp speed sonthat even he couldn't follow. He gave her a puzzled look. But he noticed the food. Before he knew it some was in his hands. He ate a bit then he was full, he didn't have a big appetite. "I didnt catch that." he told her as he felt as though it was taking him years to talk.

Aries just muttered under her breath, peering at him, "You got the jist."
She leant over the bed, grabbing one of the waffles that sat there. They were cold anyway, and she figured that he wouldn't want to eats anything anyway; your stomach always seems to shrink when you haven't eaten regularly.
Slowly, she chewed her lip, ripping off a bit of her breakfast before popping it into her mouth. her eyes fixed on the light in the centre of the ceiling, gently swaying from a wire.

Griffen gripped his head in pain as the world sped up even though nothing was seemingly going on he still could see everything flashing before his eyes. He was helpless and felt weak. He felt like he was nothing. Being sick is no ones strong point but for him it was his all time low.

After a little while watching, the girl grew bored. Patting Griffen's head, she picked up another waffle and left him in peace.
"Poor thing," she muttered, taking another bite of her breakfast, "Now, where's Jay Bird?"

I need to do a long thing with this in a bit to speed it up etc. Just giving a heads-up.

Fine, fine. Finished them last week. So far I have got an A in History, a C in French (but that was the maximum that I could get) and an A* in Geography. Really it's just a shame that it's a mock :/

But so far, I'm head-deep in prep. for the musical at Christmas, helping out with it all and also revising for Science and French speaking. I'll have it up on Thursday most likely. Sorry, I am trying for the thread, it's just that school is burying me and at the moment I'm meant to be learning about Winchester and all it's local attractions. Yippee...
