The Alliance-Plot (Remake) [Open]

[Charlie]

A government experiment has gone well, but enslaving these people for there own use has gone well less than that.
It is the year 3024, and the government experimented on a select group of humans. These humans were the smartest, strongest, and well the elite of the race. The government paired them with an animal, of strength, nobility, and heart.
When the government finished with the experiment, they could control this race, which they called The Beasts. The Beasts were first used as military weapons during wars, then the wars ended and high ranking government officials used them as slaves, treating them horribly.
The Beasts were getting fed up with this, so they killed those who were controlling them. The broke away and started The Alliance, which consisted of government workers willing to help and The Beasts themselves.
The Alliance is lead by Griffen "Griff" Richards.
The Alliance's goal is to kill the head of the government, but they have a problem, the head of the government can't be found. And no amount of technology can find him.

The Beasts are ready. They have proven to be beyond my expectations. A leader is already arising out of them. I have taken a liking to him. We call him Griffen, but he is The Lion. I think you will like The Bear, whom we have named Nicholas. Very few died in the process, only 35. This is a rather low number. The ones that survived are the best, strongest, and brightest. They will be sent over in three days time. We wish you the best.

You were right they are very good, but a bit under trained. The Lion is by far the best fighter out of them, but once again you were right in saying I would like the bear. The others are showing great effort in training. No one is trying to uprise yet. I guess they are still loving The Cause. What will happen to them when The War is over?

The Head of the Government is dead, and the second in command is now in charge. You are under a dictator ship. I have lead the first wave in rebellions against you vicious owner of us. We are humans, not slaves or machines or animals. You will be safe for the time being. We are a force to be reckoned with and wont stop till injustice is dead.

The third wave has started. Thank you for sparing me as long as you have. I have given all my information to your friend The Bear. Your Rendez Vous point is the rundown government warehouse. I can ensure you safety their, for no one dares go their anymore, I think you will realize that when you get there.

Those were just a few correspondences before the Alliance was formed.

On January 2, 3024, The Military Head was killed, by the bear. They met at the Rendez Vous point, the warehouse, where all the experiments were done. When the Lion and the Bear met, they weren't alone. Others from the first, second, third waves were there as well. The Warehouse, became headquarters for the Alliance, and a safe place for all people of The Beast race, and those who wanted to help. This date how ever was just the official start, before The Lion gathered those escaped in the first and second waves together, while The Bear lead those in the third wave.

The Lion, was simply his code name, much easier for the army to remember. On his way to the Rendez Vous point, he glanced at the dog tags he got when they officially declared him a successful experiment. To his knowledge all of The Beasts got them. The Lion, known now as Griffen Richards, Griff for short was for some reason seen as a leader among them. He never argued with that. For he felt as if it was right. His ability to make spur of the moment decisions, and able to attack in dead silence with out being noticed made him rise. Also according to the now dead Head of the Government, he was the strongest out of all. But something in Griffen made him seem different; perhaps his heart, and mind that he had for a more noble cause.

The Bear, a code name for a man known as Nicholas Bette, or Nick was also heading to the Rendez Vous, it was the last thing that the Head of the Military told him. The Head of the Military also gave him a key, that he said would allow to see the records. Records of what, Nick was unsure of that. Nick toyed with the keys that were on his dog tags. He was not told who he was meeting; he just hoped it would be okay.

Nick had heard rumours that his old buddy Griff, had been out for a while, leading the The First Wave of the Uprising. Nick himself had led The Third Wave. He had received a message recently that an old friend Naava, or The Eagle lead The Second Wave, leading him to recently lead The Third Wave. Though some would still need to rescuing.

Griffen reached the old warehouse, and opened the double doors. Walking in he understood the last correspondence. This is place is where he awoke as a teenager after the government took him. They watched them for a long time, according to what they were told.

As he looked around he noticed worn but still useful medical supplies, food imperishable food items, and other things needed to survive. He noticed behind medical tables, on the opposite side of the large room, file cabinets. Looking up, he saw thing stairways that lead up to a thin balcony with plenty of rooms. He saw each had an animal on them. They were the rooms that they stayed in when they were being experimented.

Despite what one might think each room was tailored to their animal needs, and to the person themselves. Griffen walked across the open floor, and passed the metal medical tables and to the file cabinets. He attempted to open one that said L-M on the front. But it was locked.

He was too busy trying to open the file cabinet, that he didn't notice the doors open again. "Damnit, it's locked."

"What's locked?" A voice asked from behind him.

Griffen turned around, out of surprise. He didn't know who it was, and he roared, a habit he did when he was surprised. It didn't sound exactly like a lion roar, but it was menacing and scary enough. It was how he got attention during the wars.

"Griff?" The voice asked almost laughing.

Griffen walked closer to the person. He looked like a bear from the shadows, but then the person stepped into the light it in fact was not a bear, but someone who was close to bears. "Nick? You’re the coorespondant?"

"I guess so," Nick smiled. The two did a manly hug. "I got loads of information. And these," He held up the keys.

Griffen's eyes got wide, "Come with me, I think I know where those go." He pulled Nick to the file cabinets.

Nick got the idea, and opened them. Griffen immediately went to where his friends were. He got out the files, and pulled out cards. "Nick, I think we can figure out who is still alive from these."

The two got to work, pulling out all the information cards. Each one described a person, very simply. With there name, most current age, height, weight, and what animal they were combined with.

Griffen grabbed his.

The guys kept flipping through the cards. Some had a read stamp on them that said terminated, and then in chicken scratching their was a date. Most had a date that was during the war.

"I sent a message to all those who escaped during The Waves to meet us here." Griff said.

"We can keep a list, I know for a fact, not everyone escaped during The Third Wave." Nick said. "I tried, I really did."

"Nick, it's okay." Griff, said placing a hand on Nick's shoulder. "We have a first mission, Get those who didn't escape." Nick nodded. As he did the door opened with a creek. The guys stuffed the cards back in a folder, and placed them back in the file cabinet. They turned towards the doors and saw old friends other Beasts come through the doors, slowly and curiously.

Naava (codename: The Eagle) slipped down the dark alley silently. This was supposed to be a meeting of friends, but old habits die hard. She would go carefully or not at all. At the alley's end Naava ducked behind old crates and trashcans to scan the building with her infared scope. It picked up a reading of two people, men from their size.The girl smiled. It had to be Griff and Nick. She hadn't seen those two in ages.
This place was so familiar to Naava that it almost hurt, but she couldn't help thinking about how much she had changed sinse her last visit. Leading the Second Wave had brought something out in her. It had made the young woman, in someways, more mature, more careful. Naava wondered if the others had changed as much, but she couldn't wrap her mind around a different Griff or Nick.
Wraith-like, she slipped to the doorway and entered the old building, quickly finding her two friends pooring over a file cabinet.
"It's been too long, boys," She said, grinning.

[Charlie]

Nick smiled, and went up to give her a hug, a bear hug to put it simply. That definitely carried over from the testing.
Griff smiled, "Glad you got here safely. Any word from the others." he was down to business, though he did want to talk.
Nick let her go when he realized he was squeezing the air out of her. He turned to Griff, "Come on we can get to business later, besides we need to wait for more people to get here."
Griff sighed, "Alright I guess my question can wait. How've you been?"

"I've been fine thanks, you?"
Matt realised that if he didn't step out now, then he would have to stand in the shadows for quite a while longer. Sure, he probably wasn't as good friends as the three of them were, but hey, they were in the same boat.
He leant against one of the filing cabinets, smiling slightly. The old musky smell of the place made him turn his nose up slightly, but he tried to send the thought to the back of his mind: he had more important things to deal with.

[Charlie]

Griffin smiled, "I've been better."
Nick knew better than to hug Matt but he gave him a smile.
"So any idea who is still enslaved?" Griffin asked.
Nick looked away, and nodded. He didn't want to answer that question or any question that might come up as to why he didn't get all the rest in the third wave.

[Ziva :)]

"Same old Nick," Naava said breathlessly, "I don't understand why you use weapons when it would be all too easy for you to hug your enemies to death,"
She laughed, and found a place to perch. "Same old Griff, always down to buisness," Naava nodded to Matt, "I got busy trying to loose a tail, and I haven't heard from any of the others in at least a couple of weeks. I sure hope they show tonight, though. It'll be nice to have at least most of the gang together,"

Matt shrugged; he didn't know himself, but he knew that not everyone had their chance to escape. He chewed his lip slightly, trying to think who might still not be there, but his memory wasn't the best.
"Hugging? You have to get pretty close for that..." he smirked, thinking over in his mind, "Personally, I would prefer a gun or something like that."

[Ziva :)]

Naava burst into laughter, "Yeah, I suppose it would come with a higher rate of injury that some other weapons,"
It felt good to be back with her friends, but Naava couldn't drop the nagging sense of worry for the others. When would they show? How many had escaped? How many were even alive?

[Charlie]

"I'll stick with weapons for now." He turned to Griff. "As off now the only two I haven't seen, and um," he paused.
Griff mentally filled in why his friend paused.
"Have been Scarlett and Rudy."
"Well I think after the war we all figured that Rudy's escape would be impossible. I mean the dictator picked him." Griff said, "So don't beat yourself up about it man."

[Ziva :)]

"It won't be impossible with all of us working on it. We'll find them both," Naava sounded sure of herself.
"We just need the rest of the gang to show up so we can get a list of assets and a plan in order,"
The woman smiled weekly at the others in the room. The next few weeks and months would be hard, as they coped with greif concerning the comrades they had lost.

[Charlie]

Griffin then threw her the folder that he and Nick had been looking at. "All of them are up to date. We wont be seeing many more of the old gang."
Nick looked down, then back up, "Which is why is imparative that we get Scarlett and Rudy.

[Ziva :)]

Naava paled as she flipped through the folder, lingering over first one name and then another. These were her, friends- men and women she had fought along side. There were so many with the 'x' stamped across their names... The woman's face became impassive, as she shut down emotional responce to the best of her abilities.
"I see what you mean,"

[Charlie]

"The war was tough on us, and our master's could be even tougher." he said.
Nick badly wanted to get off the subject, "So, I have some nifty gadgets who wants to see them?"

[Ziva :)]

"Gadgets... sounds good. What have you come up with, Nick?" Naava said, attempting to smile. "We're running a bit low on good news in any other category,"

[Ziva :)]

((I've got to go for a bit, but I'll be back tonight.))

He tossed them each a device that looked like an old iphone. "This is the latest in tracking technology, not to mention is is a mini computer. It's everything but the kitchen sink." He smiled. "I also have some nice weapons but we'll get to those later."
Griff looked at it and turned it on, "How does it work, exactly."
"Voice commands, either whispered or said aloud, or you can type it in." Nick explained.

[Ziva :)]

"Awesome..." Naava said as she turned it on and shuffled through it's various applications. "We can communicate through this, right? Does it have any games?" At the incredulous looks she got from the others Naava laughed nervously, "Um hahaha, just kidding,"

[Charlie]

"Yes we can communicate through. Sorry no games." Nick said looking thoroughly disappointed.
Griffin flipped it into his pocket, "So, Nick where are Scarlett and Rudy located exactly?"
Nick placed the phone on the table, and a map of the city, in a 3d hologram that was seemingly accurate down to every piece of trash appeared.
"We're here." He pointed to the warehouse and the building lit up. "Scarlett is here." he pointed to a building, that was in the nicer part of the city. It was one of the mansions. "And Rudy is here." He pointed to a house on the outskirts of the city that was bigger than the rest, and was heavily guarded.
Griff cussed under his breath, "Damn the dictator."

[Ziva :)]

"Amen," Naava muttered and then added, louder, "What is the security like? We probably need to make a very stealthy approach because there are currently only three of us," She put her elbows on the table, studying the diagram.

[Charlie]

"Actually their is four of us. If we get Scarlett first that'll be five of us. More than enough to take out the guards." Griffin said. "Dictator's house will be heavily guarded."
"But don't rule out Scarlett's house. After The Waves they amped up all security. it'll be hard to get her."
"Their's four of us what could go wrong?" Griff asked, knowing pretty much everything could go wrong.

[Ziva :)]

Naava sighed, "If you say so, Griff. What's the plan?" Naava trusted everyone in this room. What could go wrong?
