Sebastian: I glanced up at the young master's words. I could see Salice in the other room with...someone. The door framed blocked her second visitor--yet another visitor I had not been informed of. I walked up behind the young master. He's still short The thought drifted up from nowhere and I pushed it aside. "Are we having more company for dinner, Lady Salice?" I asked. Then my eyes fell upon the company in question. Damani. My instinct was to decrease the gap between the master and myself in a protective manner, but two things were at fault with that plan. One being I still did not know where we stood and two being there wasn't much gap to close.

Salice: My cold gaze flickers from Damani to Sebastian. But Damani finishes for me.
"Salice was just inviting me. I'm sorry for the disturbance."
Another thing I hate about Damani, he was always flaunting his ability to act human in my face. A growl escapes my throat and I prowl toward the stairway, murderous thoughts on my mind.

Sebastian: I watched the young master take his place at the side of his favorite game and I frowned slightly. I had sometimes played with him. I looked back to Salice. "I must continue with the dinner preparations." I bowed and went back into the kitchen.

I stare after Salice for a long moment before returning my attention to Lord Ciel. I walk quietly over to him and take a seat across from him. "Lord Ciel, I'm here to speak with you though. I have a question about a certain object that has come into my possession," I say calmly, pushing back the thoughts of why Salice was so mad at me again to the back of my mind.
