"Kyle's out on another mission. He's got 90% of the rebellion tied up in this one and we're still losing from what I hear." Alicia said disappointed. She had grown used to the way the soldiers talked, and now often spoke like one of them.

Alice: I cussed; not just one word but a whole slew of them. "I shouldn't be in here. I should be out there helping him!" I said quietly to myself.

"I've learned something in the time I've been here. Kyle has a reason for fighting, well beyond any other soldier I've met." The girl murmured loud enough only Alice could hear. "As long as that reason is still alive in his heart, he'll go into countless battles, kill anyone who challenges those reasons, and wreak destructive rain on anyone who stands between him, and his goal." I paused. My voice rose a small bit, to a normal talking voice, "I think you should know those reasons, but I don't think you'll understand them. I didn't when Kyle first told me. Seeing you trying to be so stubborn made me realize it and put 2+3 together."

"He fights for you, for me, for Jasmine, for the kitsune lady, and all the other people he told me about, like Akahana, a kitsune that he quickly grew friends with, or the girl that was in line with him when all this chaos began. Kyle has become like an idea, to all of us. He became linked to us all, in various ways. I sometimes think I can hear his voice going through my head when I'm about to do something bad. Whenever someone he was close to dies, or gets hurt, or goes missing, there's always been an extreme increase in his emotions and abilities, almost like their willpower was given to him to help him fix everything, and that's all he does Alice." I paused momentarily. "He fixes things Alice." I turned my attention out the door, "All these people were angry because the empire had broken what was theirs. They needed a hero, and he used the willpower of all these people to become their hero. I needed someone to save me from what was about to happen... Kyle showed up. Akahana needed to learn something about herself so she could become even stronger with more tails, Kyle spoke secretly with the lady and help Akahana learn through methods any sane person would have hated him for." A tear came from my eye. "He's only our ideas. Look back in forever, he showed up only when you needed him, and then he'd vanish when you no longer needed him. Jasmine needed a brother like figure to guide her, and Kyle showed up and stood by her side, giving her the courage to do everything she did. Leading the Rebellion, and then leaving that letter to you. I can only imagine how much fear was going through her when she wrote that and laid it next to you, or whatever she did with it. She didn't need Kyle though, he'd already given her what she needed to do it, so he vanished as if he had no part in it. Then when she finally went through with it, and she was in danger, Kyle conveniently found the letter, then used the emotions of everyone to give himself the strength to help her."

(Holy crap, I actually came close to a tear writing this ending >.>. I've never done anything so... Large scaled before for an ending O.o.)

Alice: Closing my eyes, I leaned back against the headboard. I was fully sitting up by now, listening to every word, every pause, and every hidden saying in her voice. Shortly after she finished, I 'hmm'ed softly. "He's always been like that. Ever since I was placed in a seat behind him and got to know him...he's always given some type of strength to someone whether he realized it or not..." A small sigh made my chest rise then fall. I looked out the window of the infirmary, a thoughtful look on my face. I then found myself murmuring softly, "Just come back, Kyle. Just don't disappear again...please." A tear escaped the corner of her eye and trickled down her cheek slowly.

(I'm sorry if it sucked. x.x I had to stop in the middle when I was on a roll a-a-a-and my mommy made me do the dishes a-a-a-and ;~; Q~Q)
