The leader of our nation has declared many laws which limit the powers of its people, the people disagree with most of the laws though other nations that we have tried to turn to for help see these laws a humane. Now there is very few things left to do, and we form an resistance with the morale powered by the saying, "People before power."

I'm going to use a person from my book with some edits so heres your application look (And a side note please add Gender after Race.):

Race: Drakeish Elf

Gender: Male

Clothing: Hooded clothing, normally sweatshirts with hoods. Majority of the time any type of regular jean pants.

Looks: Fairly long hair, about to the shoulders, quite tall for his age, always has a look of hatred or dislike to something. Blue eyes and black hair with blonde roots.

Personality: Very quiet, communication is kept to a minimum, but people understand what he's thinking mostly from the expressions he makes. People don't know alot about him, nor where he came from or why he supports the resistance. He finds a small group of people he hangs close to and those are often the only people that hear him talk at all.

Law: Emancipation, his belief is that if you are strong enough and smart enough to take care of yourself that is when you should be allowed to fend for yourself.

Codename: Arielianna(Pronounce Air-re-el-le-ah-nah)

Siblings: 2. 1 younger sister and 1 twin sister. Younger: Jasmine Drake, Twin: Mariah Drake

Reason to join: Attempting to protect both sisters from having to live in a controlled world.

Past: Not alot is known about the past of Kyle, he prefers to keep the past bottled to himself, though it is known that his entire family was assassinated by a privately owned group, and he, his 2 sisters are the final remnants of the Drake family. No one knows the story of how they survived or anything.

Specialty: Elite Guardsmen, prefers to fight in the defense of the base, but can man Aircraft, seacraft or remain as ground forces.

Looks: Tall, long black straight hair with silver and purple streaks. Deep purple eyes that flicker silver.
Personality: Mysterious and sly. Don't want to get on the wrong side of her. Sarcastic and witty, and knows how to kill.

Siblings(): 1 older brother. Styler Storm
Why you want to be part of the Militia: She wanted out of the same old routines. She wants a place for freedom and individuality.
1 abnormality: Shadow Control
Past: She grew up in the Courts, built on tradition and strict rules. She ran away to get her freedom and now hopes that life up above while conquer that.
Speciality: Assassinations and Intelligence.

Kyle: I stood at the door leading into the base, not much had happened in the past few days and I was awful nervous.

Violet: "You coming in or what?" I called to the gormless looking Kyle.

Kyle: "My shift isn't over for another 5 minutes, I'll be in after alright Violet?" I replied to her.

Violet: "Mind if I stay outside with ya then?" I sat down on the wall.

Kyle: "Nah, but be careful I oddly think the nationalists are planning something, its been a few days since the last attack, and they used to be sending at least squads of 4 to torture us a little bit." I continued to stare in the distance as I spoke to her.

Violet: "At least it's entertaining." I sighed, looking at him, "You don't have to stay on guard all the time y'know?"

Kyle: "Hmpf, well I gotta make sure your not the one on the ground dead." The night guards man walked out of the doors. "Looks like we can head in now. You wanna come to dinner with me?" I asked.

Violet: I shrugged, "Sure, what's on the menu?" I stood up and dusted myself off, walking indoors.

Kyle: "I don't remember actually, guess we'll find out. Probably noodles again..." I groaned. "They might not be so bad if they cooked them correctly, ya know?" I laughed a little.

Violet: "I know, it isn't hard." I laughed and walked into the mess hall.

Lady announcing dinner: "Today's dinner is soup with chicken and vegetables. Each person will receive 2 scoops and then lights out is at 11:00." She had a very monotone voice as she yelled out to the people.

Kyle: "Ugh..." I groaned. "I'd take noodles any day over this." There was still a small line as I arrived, and I pointed for Violet to have the spot in front of me.

Violet: "Thanks." I slipped infront, "Is it a tactic because the bottom of the pot is better?" I laughed, picking up a tray. The queue was small as everyone had already ate and left. The woman kept on repeating the same thing to each person. That would drive me insane personally.

Kyle: "Actually no, you want that small bit right before the end, cause thats the part that tastes the best. So hopefully we'll both get that part, why do you think I take my time getting to the mess hall?" I smiled after answering then, then continued to say, "That nice part I'm talking about, is normally still warm, but doesn't have that metal taste from the pan."

Violet: "True." I smiled putting my tray out, "Right, I don't eat." I told the new lady. I smiled. "Have you got any blood?" I smiled. The lady's face dropped. "Violet. Of course." the old one gave me the bags, "She's a special Delia."
I hated that term. I was not special.
