Tarrant followed. He had absolutely no idea what had just happened. He could easily have kept up with the two girls, only, he had to keep stopping as plants and animals requested things. Perhaps it was a bit more sun to warm their leaves, or that the water that flooded their rabbit hole be moved somewhere else. Whatever it was, Tarrant didn't deny any creature its wish.

Tarrant caught up to the girls. "Well you won't get anywhere just sitting there," he reminded them. A bird flitted up and landed on his shoulder, twittering pleadingly. Tarrant sighed, "Where do you want it?" The bird flew to a branch, Tarrant looked at it and a bird nest appeared. The bird tittered approvingly.
