I glanced at Cloud, "Some welcoming party right?" I muttered before making my hands engulf in blazing fire. Stella smirked, "Not welcoming enough." Her rapier started to glow and she started to work on the five of them that started to attack her.

Cloud: I chuckled. "This is exactly what I needed," I said as I sliced a man, sternum to leg.

Rikku: I dropped into a split to dodge a punch. I brought my legs together and smashed the man's knees with them. He went down. I flipped to my feet and kicked him in the face. "This is fun," I laughed.

[Cali]

I smirked and charged forward, rapidly punching one of them till its neck was broken. I then fell to my stomach for a second, getting kicked in my back. Another Materia orb had shot out. Great, its two years ago all over again. I rolled onto my back and shot to a handstand, kicking its jaw, breaking its trachea. I landed in a crouch and shot fire out at five of them.

Cloud: I cut through several of them with long, clean strokes. It was exhilerating to be in a fight.

Rikku: I spun and kicked a man in the neck. I sprang over his prone body and karate chopped a man's neck who had been attacking Cloud from behind.
"Thanks," Cloud panted.
"No problem," I said.

[Cali]

I landed a punch to a guys face but he just stared at me. "Oh shit." I cursed and tried to punch him again only for him to grab me and throw me into a tree. I hit the tree feet first and smirked. I shot towards him, tackling him but he was to fast. He grabbed me and kneed me in the stomach. He then launched me into a tree and all of my Materia orbs shot out. I fell to my stomach, crumpled and writhing in pain.

Stella looked at Tifa and her eyes widened. Tifa looked even worse than she did from the garage incident. She was covered in deep cuts and deep slices and bruises, blood seeping out of the cuts and slices.. It was definitely worse."Cloud, go to Tifa now!" She yelled before taking care of some of the ones that had tried to attack Rikku and Cloud from behind.

Cloud: I rushed through the crowd of shadow men, hurling them aside. I jumped and sliced through the man who had thrown Tifa. I landed in a crouch.
I jumped to my feet and ran to Tifa. I knelt beside her and put a hand on her shoulder. She breathed in short, ragged breaths.
I stood and planted myself in front of Tifa. The shadows converged on me, but, with the help of Rikku, I managed to fend them off.

[Cali]

I weakly opened my eyes and got onto my hands and knees, panting. "Tifa don't get up!" Stella yelled while driving her Rapier into one of their throats. I stood up and saw two Katanas that had been dropped. Deja vu much? I brushed past Cloud and Rikku, grabbing the two Katana's as I ran towards them, slicing them as I ran. I jumped in the air, arching and landed in a crouch. I stood shakily only to have a chain being thrown around my wrists. I struggled, kicking one of them then throwing the other.

Cloud: I rushed forward and sliced through the chain with my sword. Steel met steel. Sword won. I spun and hacked one of the men. He collapsed.

Rikku: I dodged around a bad guy and planted myself next to Tifa and Cloud, forming a small triangle. I blocked a blow with my arm, wincing, and kicked the man.

[Cali]

I charged forward, dropping the swords and did numerous front-flips, dodging the arrows until the tree blocked my path and numerous arrows shot into my arms and back. I fell to my knees, one hand on the tree. The same image flashed, the same one from the garage. Me on a cliff and telling Cloud to trust me. My eyes snapped open and I jumped up not caring about the arrows embedded in me. I grabbed one of my Materia orbs and shoved it into place, my forearm. I jumped into the air and slammed into the ground in a crouched position, letting out a huge energy blast that killed the remaining shadow things. I stayed there for a second before standing shakily only to just collapse.

Cloud: I dropped my sword, ran foreward, and caught Tifa's falling body. "Why couldn't you have let me deal with them?" I asked her as I cradeled her close, careful of all the arrows embedded in her.

[Cali]

Stella looked towards them, eyes wide. "Oh god." She whispered. It was a shock that Tifa was still alive.

I weakly opened my eyes and laughed hoarsely. Ow. Not good. I turned my head away and coughed a few times, "Cause I know how these guys work..How they fight." I weakly choked out in between coughs.

[Kate-Anders(unnie)]

Cloud: "We had them," I said, a little more roughly than I had intended. "You shouldn't have done that."

Rikku: Cloud was being a little harsh. "A simple thank you would suffice," I said, walking over to them. I crouched next to Tifa's heand and put a hand on her cheek. "Thank you," I told her.

[Cali]

I nodded weakly before looking up at Cloud. "But I did anyways." I said weakly. It hurt so much.

Cloud: I just stared at her. How could she put me through this? After falling from that cliff, she should know that making me watch her almost die hurt me more than words could express.


i just rewatched the garage scene. so intense.

[Cali]

[i know right. i'm watching df 4 right now.]

I felt my eyes flutter shut as I fell limp. The pain was just too much. A memory flashed, when I was in that church. I remembered how much pain I was in then, as I look back. The pain I was in now didn't even compare to it.

[Kate-Anders(unnie)]

Cloud: I stood up carefully with Tifa in my arms. "We need to get her back to the compound, now," I told Stella.

[Cali]

Stella nodded, "Let's go." She sprinted forward, on her way back to the Com Tower.

Cloud: I jumped onto my bike, holding Tifa close. Rikku ran with Stella back to the com tower. I zoomed after the pair, careful not to jostle Tifa.

[Cali]

D: not good

Stella watched as Cloud zoomed forward, It certainly was best. Tifa was getting worse by the minute.

Great, I was back in this white space. Again. It got so boring after a while, I mean, I was alone and the only thing I could hear was just...me. It gets really weird and boring and annoying.

Cloud: I screeched to a halt in front of the Com Tower and jumped off the bike. I ran to the couch that I had put Tifa on before and laid her down gently. The deja vu was very irksome. I examined the arrows. I would have to extract them without causing more damage to her.

Tifa: I bit my lip, trying to think. How could I wake up or try to talk to someone while stuck in this idiotic space?

Stella saw the com tower come into view and ran towards it, trying to go faster.

[Kate-Anders(unnie)]

Rikku: I ran after Stella, trying to keep up with her.

Cloud: I wasn't a doctor. I didn't know how to do this. I lifted Tifa so she leaned against me. I snapped off several of the arrows so they were shorter, but I didn't take them out for fear of blood loss.

[Cali]

Stella slowed to a pace as she walked inside. She saw that she was right, Tifa was worse.

Tifa: I ran a hand through my hair. I didn't know what to do, what to say to just get me out of this place. Shivers ran down my spine. "Hello?" I called, please let someone answer me.

[Kate-Anders(unnie)]

Cloud: I looked up at Stella."I...don't know what to do," I admitted. It hurt my pride to admit that I was utterly helpless in the field of medicine, but I couldn't let Tifa die for my ego's sake

[Cali]

Stella nodded and looked at the blue canister. She looked at Cloud, "Take out all of the arrows. I got an idea."

Cloud: I started taking out the arrows. I winced as they slid out of her flesh. Rikku left the room. The sound was horrible. I gritted my teeth and kept taking them out.
