ya...i was thinking cloud sort of loved aerith...she's dead (sad face) and now he's starting to fall for tifa, but thinks it might betray aerith. so much inner turmoil!

Stella sighed, "No idea." She frowned, "I wish I could help more. But all she needs right now is rest and protection." She walked outside to the communication tower.

Cloud: I nodded and pushed a lock of hair off Tifa's forehead. "I can do that."

Rikku: I hopped down from the arm of the chair and slipped out of the room. If Tifa came to, I didn't want to be there for the lovefest that would ensue. I followed Stella to the com tower.

I blinked open my eyes but, it felt like I didn't. All I saw was this white space...I knew I didn't die. That was easy to tell, your body would be numb in your chest and your head. My head had a killer headache and I still felt one of the punches that had landed on my chest. I stood there, unmoving but trying to think.

Cloud: I frowned. Her eyes were open, but she wasn't looking into our world. She was looking...past our world, or maybe inside herself. I was certain, but the look made me shiver.
I put a knee on the edge of the couch and leaned over her. "Tifa?" I whispered, shaking her shoulder. I wasn't sure if she was sleep walking or something. Weren't you not supposed to try to walk people up if they were sleepwalking?
I shook my head; she wasn't sleepwalking. Her eyes looked too...unnatural. "Tifa," I repeated more firmly.

I bit my lip, trying to think. More about how Sephiroth is planned to be revived. I looked behind me but saw no one. "I'm alone.." I whispered. I looked back in front of me, "I guess..It's not that bad. I get to cle-" Tifa? Tifa. I blinked, "Cloud? Cloud where are you?" I asked looking around but I didn't see anything. Maybe it's just me going insane.

Cloud: I gripped Tifa's hands. Her lips formed the words, but there was no expression on her face. Her glazed eyes stared straight ahead. "Tifa, I'm here. Come back to me," I said. There was a panicked edge to my usual calm and, according to Tifa, arrogant voice.

[Cali]

I ran a hand through my hair, trying to figure out what the hell was going on. I heard Cloud's voice again but..The way he said it worried me. What if I really was dead? I shook my head, "You know what being dead is like Tifa so stop thinking if you are or not." I muttered to myself. Ugh, this was so annoying! How to wake up..

[Kate-Anders(unnie)]

Cloud: I tapped her cheek lightly. "Tifa, what ever is going on in your head, snap out of it," I ordered. "This isn't the time to take a trip to LaLa Land." I tapped her cheek harder. A red rose formed on it.

[Cali]

"I'm trying." I snapped. Ugh, he is never patient enough. But that's Cloud for you. I bit my lip then suddenly found myself back in that garage where I had nearly died. I looked around, those same goons were there too. Oh god If I had to fight them to get back to reality and out of 'LaLa Land' as Cloud put it, I'm gonna be pissed.

[dead fantasy reference, again LOL]

Cloud: I gripped her shoulders and gave her a shake. "Try harder Tifa." She was scaring me now. The detached look on her face sent shivers down my spine. I shook her harder.

[Cali]

"Cloud?" I asked but after a few minutes, there was no response. Ah crap. Pain suddenly burst everywhere, spreading out into every inch of my body which caused my to scream. I had never felt so much pain in my life. And I've felt a lot and never screamed in that way. I fell to my knees, gasping and let out another scream.

Cloud: I jerked back as Tifa screamed. I stared at her in horror for a moment before scooping her up in my arms. I sat on the couch and cradled her head gently. "Tifa, what's wrong? Tell me how I can help," I begged.

[Cali]

I shot up screaming, panting and wide eyed. I felt myself trembling. The pain was still there but it wasn't as bad as what happened there.

[Kate-Anders(unnie)]

Cloud: I placed my hands on either side of Tifa's face. "Are you back?" I whispered huskily.

[Cali]

I looked at Cloud with wide eyes. I nodded then threw my arms around his neck, hugging him. I trembled harder as tears rolled out of my eyes. Before I had woken up, I saw the time that Cloud had found me on the cliff, I had said for him to trust me and I fell off of it. I didn't remember what had happened then, but I wished it never came down to that again.

Cloud: I wrapped my arm around her waist and cupped her head with my other hand. "It's okay," I whispered as her tears soaked my shoulder. "I'm right here; you're safe."

[Cali]

I closed my eyes tight, the pain shooting up and down my back. "I-It hurts." I whimpered, gasping.

Cloud: "Where?" I asked. I held her close to me even as I asked. I didn't want to let her go.
