Stella leaned on the wooden wall, looking at me. "What?" I asked, blinking. She frowned, "Tifa, sometimes you need to stop being so stubborn." I looked down slightly. "I know." I walked over to the other side and leaned my elbows on it, thinking to myself.

Rikku: "I agree. I hardly no you and already I can tell you're a stubborn one." I wanted to know how the conversation with Cloud went. Aw, young love.

I glanced at Rikku and raised an eyebrow. I shrugged, "Eh, It's either good or bad depending on how you see it." I sighed and shook my head. I had the urge to run. To just get away for a few minutes. I looked at Stella who nodded. I smiled gratefully then hopped out of the 18 feet high com tower. I landed softly in a crouched position. I then broke into a sprint, my body becoming a blur. Now I just needed to clear my head.

Rikku: "Does she jump out of tall buildings a lot?" I asked Stella.

Cloud: I walked outside. I caught a blur flying across the grounds. Oh, Tifa.

Stella shook her head, "Not always." She shrugged and caught glimpse of Cloud walking out. Oh god don't follow her. Bad idea.

[Cali]

I ran harder and faster then slowed to a stop, looking around. I didn't seen anyone around so I guess that's good. I stretched a little and hopped into a tree. I sat down, hugging my knees as I delved into my thoughts.

Cloud: I took a step towards Tifa, but stopped. She would want to be alone however much I wanted to be with her. I walked into the com tower. "Hey, Stella," I said.

[Cali]

Stella looked down and gave a half wave. "Hey." She looked at the direction Tifa went and bit her lip. Tifa was probably maybe two miles away by now depending if she stopped or not.

I closed my eyes, burying my face into my knees as I took a few deep breaths. Then of course when I go to clear my head and make sure that no memories come, they do. Why me?

Cloud: I climbed up in the com tower and stood next to Stella. "She wants to be alone." I didn't have to ask. Rikku glanced up from her braiding.

Rikku: I felt out of place without Yuna or Paine. I missed them so much, but they...had stuff to do.

[Cali]

[aww poor Rikku...]

Stella nodded, "Well," she paused and bit her lip. "Ever since those things had first ganged up on her...She's been different." She shook her head.

ya, she's feeling sorry for herself, but she'll be okay

Cloud: "Those things?" I asked. Was she referring to what had attacked us? I was almost positive that that hadn't been the first time they had attack Tifa.

[Cali]

[she better]

Stella nodded, "Yeah. The guys from earlier." She looked at Cloud. "Has she ever told you about them?" She asked, crossing her arms.

I cracked my knuckles then tensed up as I heard a leaf being stepped on. Oh shit.

Cloud: "No, she hasn't mentioned them before," I said, feeling betrayed.

no she hasn't. instead of it being the ninjas from dead fantasy its the black shadow figure things. i'm trying to think of a name for them x.x

Stella nodded, "I don't blame her. I guess she doesn't want you to worry, but then again, you're probably already worried...."

I stood slowly and carefully, staying silent. I closed my eyes then opened them, focusing on the sounds around me. I caught part of Stella talking and closed my eyes again shaking my head. "I swear..." I whisper then look around, "What the?" I was pretty much surrounded.

Cloud: I laughed dryly. I sure was worried. Rikku's head shot up and she frowned. "Is something wrong?" I asked. She shook her head.
"I just thought I heard something," she trailed off and got to her feet. She walked with the grace of a dancer, but I knew that finesse came from being a thief. She peered out the window and gasped.
I ran to her side and looked out. Tifa stood below the com tower, surrounded my dark shadows. I drew my sword and jumped out of the tower.


she is under the tower, right? and surrounded by the things that need a cool name, right?

Cloud: I laughed dryly. I sure was worried. "Maybe I should go check on her," I said.

Stella frowned, "I guess..." She looked back at the direction and tilted her head. Her eyes widened. "Oh shit!" She summoned her sword and jumped out. She saw the shadow figures heading Tifa's way, crap crap crap.

I took out my black gloves and shoved them on. I jumped out of the tree and so did the Shadow Figures, I was completely surrounded. "Well, this is another way to clear my head." I muttered.

Cloud: I saw where she was looing. Shit. "Rikku, come with me," I yelled, jumping out the other sdie. Rikku bounded out after me. I ran to my bike and set it up right. I got on. Rikku perched behind me, her little hands gripping my jacket. I gunned the engine and roared after Stella.

I dodged a punch and soon was fighting the same way I did in the Garage. Great. At least there was no- I cried out as an arrow pierced my arm, lodging into it halfway. I yanked it out and was soon dodging arrows left and right.

Stella ran hard and fast before coming up onto a familiar scene. Tifa fighting and all ready covered in cuts. Stella's eyes widened as one of Tifa's materia orbs shot out of her as Tifa was punched in the back. Oh shit.

((it is so awesome. i was watching cutscenes from ff8 last night. there was a sick bike scene ))


Cloud: I pushed the bike harder, faster. Rikku shifted behind me. I glanced over my shoulder. She crouched on the seat, her boots finding purchase. As we came up on the enemy. She leapt off the bike and landed a bone-crushing kick on one of the shadow men's back.
I pushed my weight foreward, lifting the back wheel off the ground, and spun the bike. The wheel crashed into a another man.
I jumped off the bike. It stopped when it hit for more men. I landed behind Tifa and put my back to hers, sword ready.

[Cali]

[oh yeah.]

I glanced at Cloud, "Some welcoming party right?" I muttered before making my hands engulf in blazing fire. Stella smirked, "Not welcoming enough." Her rapier started to glow and she started to work on the five of them that started to attack her.
