"J-Just e-verywhere." I choked out. I found it hard to keep my composure. Not once had I broken down, not matter how upset I was. No matter how much pain I was in. Why was I suddenly crumbling to pieces now?

Cloud: I took her face in my hands and looked into her eyes. "It's going to be alright," I told her. Tifa had always been strong. I had hardly ever seen her shed a tear. It frightened me, but it just meant I had to be that much stronger for her.

Cloud: I was taken aback by the renewed fountina of tears. I shushed her gently and rubbed her back. It was all I could think of doing.

I buried my face into Cloud's shoulder, not believing that this was happening. I had never broken down before. Never. Now I was and the worst part was that Cloud was here to see me break down. I hated this. A memory flashed, from the church. I tensed up. Why was I remembering all of this? I mean, yeah I remember but why was I seeing it again?

I finally stopped crying after a while but I didn't want Cloud to look at me. I was strong, why was I breaking down now? But on a lighter note, I knew that Cloud was okay. We hadn't talked in a while, I didn't even know if he was alive. But I was glad he was.

Cloud: I ran my hand over her hair. The first time we say each other in awhile and something went wrong. "How...have you been?" I asked slowly, hesitatingly. I didn't know what terms were we on.

Cloud: I still had my arms around her. I stared down at her face and thought of Aerith. I shook my head again to banish the thoughts. I tucked a lock of hair behind Tifa's ear. I had been friends with her for longer than I could remember, but I had never felt this way towards her before.

I looked up at Cloud, blinking. I've been friends with him for so long, I could barely remember how long. Why was I acting this way with him? I've never been this way before, why now?

Cloud: I glanced away, uncomfortable. I wanted to break this tender moment, to leave, but I couldn't i just wanted to hold her.

Cloud: "To the com tower," I said. I didn't want to see her go. "Tifa, wait." I stood up. "It's...good to see you again." That hadn't been what I wanted to say.

I look over my shoulder at Cloud. I didn't know what to say so I only said, "You too." I run off to the Com tower before launching myself up it to where Stella was. "Glad to see you awake, "She laughed light. I hopped over the wooden wall and landed softly then gave her a small shove on the shoulder, shaking my head but a small smile crept. "Shut up." She smiled and shrugged, "If you say so."

Cloud: I watched Tifa go before sitting back down on the couch.

Rikku: I looked up as Tifa enter. "Hi," I said. "How are you feeling?"

Rikku: I smiled back and went back to braiding a lock of my hiar.

Cloud: I kicked the coffee table hard and swore as it tipped over, dropping magazines onto the floor. I righted the table and threw the magazines back on it. I sat down on the couch and put my head in my hands. "That could have gone better," I muttered.

I looked at Stella and whispered, "I know who those guys were." She nodded, "The ones from the Garage?" I nodded, "Tifa they can't do that to you again. You were barely living when you fought them and most of your materia had been drained." She said and I nodded again.

Stella laid a hand on my shoulder and said, "You need to rest." I nodded because it was true, but I didn't want to. I couldn't, knowing that the memories would come back.
