Lucy: I roll my eyes and wrap my towel closer around my body. "Thats a line from 'Twilight Zone' the movie...duh.. So..HE KISSED YOU DIDN'T HE?!" I end up shrieking with joy.

Lucy: I grin ear to ear and go into the kitchen. I opened a drawer and pressed a button, with a wink to Jp a secret drawer opened. Grinning I pulled out a vinillia cake and presented it to her. "For you, I've been planning this for longer than you've known.." I place the cake on the counter and give her a congradulatory hug.

Jp: I feel my cheeks redden slightly. "Jesus Lucy, it's not like we're getting married, or anything," I mumble, but hug her back. When I pull away, I swipe a finger through the frosting. I pop my finger into my mouth. "Hm," I murmur, "Vanilla bean. My favorite." I grin.

Lucy: I grin, they were perfect for each other. As soon as I met Ky I just knew I had to get them together, this would work out really well. "I know but, what happens if you do? Then you'll have me to thank for getting you two together that you'd make me the godmother of your kids and so on.." I stick my tongue out at her and take a slice of cake for myself.

Lucy: My mouth formed an 'O' then a 'No'. "Omigosh. This isn't good." I bit my lip then stuffed my mouth with cake. I needed comfort food, like alot.

Jp: I force a smile. "Hey, I'm sure it'll be alright. I just have to, you know, place second, or something." 'Cause, one? We all knew Connor was going to win first. And second? I have Clarkson to worry about. I know he hates my guts and the next round tomorrow afternoon allowed weaponry, wasn't televised the whole time, and there was worse than just other racers out there. I heard they put monsters and mutants out there to slim out the runnings. I scoop up some more icing, looking out the window, my brow creased in worry.

Jp: I nod slowly, thinking about my own car for a moment. I look back to Lucy. "Yeah, he was bragging about it the other day while I was trying to study for exams next week." If I even make it through till next week. God, I sound depressing.

Lucy: I shove another forkful of cake in my mouth. "I made a prototype one that I could give to you, it'll only be a simple configeration. You'd need your incompetent chief engineer to install it though." He engineer was okay, I was way better than him though.

Jp: I blow out a slow breath, drumming my fingers on the counter's surface. "Yeah, he is pretty incompetent, isn't he? I could do better," I mutter to myself, and I'm hardly a mechanic. I can barely put my blender together. Thank god I know more about cars than our kitchen tools though.

Jp: Guess what? I ended up attaching my own weapons to my car. Just great. I shouldn't even have a crew. But Elliot stopped by and helped me with my tires. I drive up to the start, checking over a few things before going in search of Lucy.

Connor: I lean against my car, having a nice chat with Ky. Or, listening to Ky talk about Jp. Worrying, about Jp. Out loud. To me. For the past 10 minutes. I tried to ease his anxiousness, but I gave up seven minutes ago. Now I just sort of tune him out. He should go tell his worries to, say, Jp, or someone.

Lucy: I jumped up frightened out of my mind from the alarm. Looking around I realized I fell asleep on the couch with a plate of cake on my chest, now on the floor. I ran up the stairs and stripped off my clothes, I feverishly searched my drawers for something clean to wear. I ended up with a random selection that I don't really know what it was while I sprinted down the stairs and out the door. I ended up infront of Conner gasping for breath.

Connor: Glad that someone else was finally here, I grin over at Lucy. Ky stops mid sentence to say hi to her too.
"Hey Lucy," he says with a kind smile. I never could pull one of those off with someone I barely knew. I raise a brow.
"Um, Luce, did you know your, uh, shirt is on backward?" I ask her, smirking now. "Who are you messing around with? You little cheater," I say brightly, knowing she hates it when people talk like that. Like she's a child.

Lucy: I just held up a hand as I caught my breath. Looking down I realized my shirt was backwards, I rolled my eyes and took it off. With a grin I put it back on the right way, I realized then that I chose the shirt that I had to wear the tank top with or it was way too low cut. I didn't remember the cami. Damn.
