Alice looked at Jasmine, tears falling. "Deckland's not coming back. Anthony's not coming back either, isn't he....?" she asked, her voice tired. Her eyes were tired and pain, the eyes of a girl giving up for the first time in a while.

I closed my eyes and fell to the ground, curling my legs close to my chest. "So..." My voice was starting to crack again. "No... They're both gone?"

Alice: As much as I wanted to believe her, that my friend and my brother would come back, I didn't. I simply shrugged my limp shoulders and walked inside to my little sister (whos name i am now blanking on >.< x.x) as she cried. I held her in my arms and let her let it all out, just like I wanted to do.

kk i'm home now.

I looked around. Knife, Pistol, barely locked Armory, broken glass from earlier. I sighed.

"All United forces are on spot, we will need nearly immediate theaters on scene asap. If we trap them in now we might have an opening to go for D.C." came a faint voice over the radio, but it was still fairly hard to hear from any part of the house.

"Baseplate, baseplate do you copy!? BaseJ, AliceBase!? Does anyone copy?" This time the voice was yelling and it could be made out slightly better. It seemed so familiar to me, but I couldn't think of who it was...

Alice: I got up, Alenia holding my hand as I walked to the sound of the voice. It then clicked in my head as to who it was.

I finally got up trying to get rid of the tears, I slowly made my way over to the armory. And as promised I made very little effort before I was in.

"Baseplate copy! Shit! 1 down 3 down, medic!" And the voice cut right there.

I yelled out to Alice. "Take care of your sister!" I grabbed one of the snipers from the armory and a pistol. I hadn't learnt a lot about snipers but I knew how to aim properly and thats all I needed to know to help them.

ALice: My senses went into overdrive as I picked up Alenia and ran up the stairs. My first priority at the moment was her. I sat her on the bed and took out my .50 calibur pistol, ready to protect her.

I ran out of the door still trying to seethe the riffle on my back. Thankfully the drake's had special rifles for shorter people like me. I was having trouble getting the strap to loop over me while I was running, but I finally got it as I got out of the door. "Alice! Can you hear me?" I yelled upstairs to them.

I ran into the parking garage, and went straight for the stairs running as fast as I could. It was hard because the rifle was throwing me off balance...
