"I heard, Jane just told me...about the dance I mean," she was messing this up as badly as he was herself, "But. Yeah, I'd love to go with you," she blushed through her fringe.
"Scarlett," Jane tapped her shoulder, "Sorry, update; the dance is this Friday... I got the old message..." she blushed slightly as she returned to her gossiping.
"But I have to make sure that Amara and co. don't get into trouble."

"I'll make sure Mr. Hightopp's brother doesn't try to kill him again," Amara promised, not looking up from the two mice in her lap.
Drake looked at her, than back to Scarlett, confused, "What the heck is she talking about?"

''It was something that was said a while ago. Don't worry about it,'' she told him as she lightly tapped her knee as warning. She bit her lip and smiled at him, "What lessons have you got today then?"

"I've got an elemental class all day," Drake said. Yippee, he got to spend all day with a bunch of water, and air kids. There was only one kid with earth control powers, and Drake was the only fire controller. "So, I, uh... I guess I'll see you later, Scarlett," he said awkwardly. If he didn't hurry he would be late for class.

Jasmine: I went off to Element class. For the first time. Sighing I steeped through the door waiting for their reaction to my wings. A few shocked gasps sounded but I had been used to it. Going to the corner I turned my chair so I could still unfold my wings a bit.

Drake scoffed at the kids who gasped. They'd never seen anyone with wings before? What noobs. He turned and looked at the winged girl. Anna was complimenting her on her wings, and the new girl looked pretty pleased with herself. He shook his head sadly. New-girl would learn soon enough.
He turned back around when the teacher called the class to attention. "As most of you noticed," Mr. Wexlin said, "We have a new student. Her name is Jasmine and she will joining us for the rest of the forseeable future." Mr. Wexlin was in okay guy. He was probably in his late twenties and had brown hair and brown eyes. Pretty nondescript, but he was a fun teacher. "Who like to start her 'class initiation'?" he asked, his eyes sparkling.

Jasmine: I looked at the teacher. 'what were they going to do? Ask me what I can do? hmmm lets see every thin involving elements' I thought to myself.

Anna's hand shot up. "Ah, Miss Derstad," Mr. Wexlin said approvingly, "Please come up here, and you, too, Miss Deja." Anna flounced up to the front of the class, waiting for Jasmine to follow her.

Jasmine: I got up and walked over to Anna. Smiling at her I unfolded my wings a little more, just for fun, They were huge at the moment but when they were fully out they were almost 25 feet across.

"Now," Mr. Wexlin said, in an authoratative voice, "I want this to be a clean fight. No biting, kicking, punching, elbowing, name-calling, or anything other show of disrespect." Anna dipped her head, the expected gesture of the promise to respect your opponent. Mr. Wexlin waited for Jasmine to do the same.

Jasmine: I dipped my head also smiling, ' a show of powers. finaly.' I said to my self in my brain. This would be good.

"And... GO!" Mr. Wexlin said, backing away from the two girls. Anna's reflexes were quick. Both her hands shot out in front of her, freezing Jasmine's feet to the floor. "Excellent tactic by Miss Derstad," Mr. Wexlin commentated.

Jasmine: I smiled fire heating my hands looking at her I surrounded her in a huge ring of fire and put a electrical storm right over her head, careful not to kit her to hard. Smiling I looked at the teacher and then back at Anna making a cage of solid rock, and metal. Cutting off the rest of the things I looked down as the gasps started again. I knew there was only a handful with my abilitys.

Anna glared at Jasmine. "Show-off," she muttered angrily, proving just how fickle she was.

Frankly, Drake shared her sentiments. Storm couldn't do anything like that. Angel couldn't. Not even Wolverine could. Heck, not even Mr. Xavier could. They might as well just make Jasmine head of the X-men, fire everyone else. Kick Mr. Xavier out of his office, make Jasmine the headmistress. Rename the school: Deja's School.
He stopped himself, and took a few deep breaths. He couldn't let his temper get the better of him.

Jasmine: I sighed and went to sit back down. " sorry. I was just trying to beat you." I said to her. I looked at the shocked faces. Flicking my hand I let the rock cage fall appart and sat down. I looked at my hands my wings almost compleatly surrounding me. Like a shell, I could still see what was going on, and hear it also.

"S'alright," Anna muttered, taking her seat next to Jasmine. After a moment, she said, "Your wings are pretty cool though."
Mr. Wexlin continued, "Thank you, Miss Derstad, Miss Deja. Now, class, as is custom when there's a new student, the rest of the class period is free practice. Feel free to roam about the room and practice your powers."
"Finally," Drake said, standing up. He desperately needed someway to release his anger.

Jasmine: I looked at the guy. I think he was a little to happy. I sighed and sat down, starting to play with some orbs or elements. In total I had a water, light, energy, wind, earth, fire, and ice orb floating on more air. I smiled as I started to move them around.

Scarlett tapped on the door, sighing, "I was sent here, Mr Xavier said it would be best for Amara and such and I've got gym all day," she shrugged and smiled at the little girl, "Right, Jasmine is in here if you need her, so's Drake," she smiled as she said his name, "But I have to see Jasmine quickly too Mr Wexlin," she smiled as he nodded.
Scarlett slipped past and destroyed the light bubble with her hand wavering over it; it was killing her eyes.
"Could you keep an eye on Amara? I have asault courses and practical techniques now so she can't really come..." she smiled at her after tapping her hand, bursting the rest of the bubbles, "And if not I'll lick yur arse right now, I can control everything you can to te best of your ability though you haven't got there yet. I can do stuff that you'll only be able to do after years of training, namely Darkness and Death control without fainting or going manic, 'kay?" she nodded before smiling at the teacher before freezing his feet for a laugh.

Jasmine: I looked at her. She didn't have to put in the whole kill me part any way. I didn't mintion the other things I could do like bending light and darkness and shadows and blood. I could do that but I couldn't controlle darkness yet. I smiled at her. "Of corse I'll watch her. You didn't need to be mean." I said still smiling but my eyes telling differently.

Amara just stood, watching the two. She pulled the mice out of her pocket. They both had multi-colored cereal crumbs in their fur. She gently brushed them away.

Jasmine: I watched as she left. Turning to Amara i smiled. " Hey why don't you come over here?" I called to her she was standing in the middle of the classroom were all the action was. I didn't need to get killed by her sister.

Without looking up from the two little mice, Amara walked over to Jasmine. "I'm Amara," she said, finally looking up, "What's your name?"

Jasmine: " I'm Jasmine." I said smiling. " so what can you do?" I asked her trying to look exited. Not utterly freaked out that if I couldn't get her back safe her sister would come and personaly kill me, or hurt me bad, all she had to do was step on my wings they were light so I could fly all my bones were like that. My weakness well that and silver.
