June smiled and decided to leave them to their moment, she happened to just be an outsider in this embrace.
She moved her way over to Kayla and Raela, smiling and making wide eyes as she stepped on the hem of her dress. This little miss step caused her to flail her arms before crashing to the ground.
Damn.

[Cali]

Jason turned around and quickly raced over with his father at his side.
"June? Baby? You okay?" he asked, eyes wide.
He held one of her arms while his father held the other as they helped her up.
Raela and Kayla had worried eyes while Benji and Declan had frowns on their cute faces.

June smiled with a laugh.
"No worry, just a little stumble, don't even worry...Uh.. I have to pee... Raela, Kayla.. can I ask for your assistance? This dress makes it a bit difficult." She said quickly, pushing the worry away.
She hurried off, the two women on her heels, as soon as she reached the bathroom she dropped to her knees and hugged her stomach with a moan.

"June?" Raela asked, eyes wide and dropped down to her side.
"June, what's wrong?" Kayla asked, placing one hand on her back and the other on her arm.

Jason watched them go worriedly, eyes shining with fresh tears.
"Don't think about the bad. Expect it, but try not to dwell on it," he heard his father murmur and nodded, biting his lip.
He then began to pace worriedly.

June grimaced and pushed herself up, trying to breathe through the ache.
"I..I'm pregnant... I.. think.. when I fell... I.." June's worry was etched into her forehead with a bit of pain.
The pain she could survive, she had endured worse, but the fear and the thought of losing the little thing she made with Jason, that could kill her.
"Tell Jason not to worry but I think... I think I have a bladder infection, a bad one. I was distracted from the pain and I fell, I've had it for a while. Just tell him we're going to the hospital to get some meds and I'll be back soon...Tell him I was stupid thinking I could handle it." She said through winces.
"Raela... can you take me to the emergency room?... help me out of this dress first please..."

Raela helped her and looked at Kayla. "Go. Keep him busy. Got it?" she asked firmly.
"Got it," the raveness replied and went to Jason.
He looked expectantly at her, worry in his eyes.
"June's fine. She thinks she has a bladder infection, she used to get them bad, really bad, a few years ago. She was distacted from the pain and fell. She just didn't want to worry you," Kayla spoke, placing a hand on his bicep. "Raela's taking her to the hospital-"
"What!?" he yelled and already began to move but she held him back.
"Let me finish. She's just going to see a doctor to get some medication. She doesn't want to take anything without doctor's consent first, okay?"
"Does she want me to go with her?"
Kayla shook her head. "She wants you to spend time with your dad. I think we all do. She said she won't be long. Okay?" she asked, running a hand over his hair in a sister-like gesture.
He sighed and nodded, taking a seat in a nearby chair.

As Kayla kept him destracted, Raela took her to the powder room and helped her out of the dress carefully. She, for a moment, then examined her stomach gently, biting her lip. She grabbed June's clothes, the ones she was wearing before she got into the wedding dress, and helped her dress.
"Come on. We'll take the back way. My car's there," she murmured and carefully took hold of her arm, holding her up as she led her there.

June stumbled along, glad she decided to wear sweat pants and a loose shirt, though the veil and makeup were a bit out of place.
She clutched her stomach and got into the car, moaning slightly but biting her lip to hold it back.
"Just drive fast..." she pleaded.

"Already planning on it," she muttered as she drove to the hospital, thankful that there were no cops around to see her fourty plus over the speed limit. She quickly parked and got out of the car before opening June's side and helping her out carefully. "Come on, easy now," she soothed and led her inside the hospital. She looked grateful when she saw Dr. Thorne.
"Raela? Raela, what's happened?" the woman asked worriedly.
"My friend. She's pregnant and she tripped on her wedding dress and fell on her stomach. Please, you have to help her," the blonde urged with tears in her eyes.
"Come on," the woman spoke and led them to a room.

June wobbled in and sat in the patient bed, wincing all the while.
The doctor brought in an ultrasound machine and began to get everything ready.
"Please.. god... let it be alright... you owe me that much.." She whispered half in prayer.

[Cali]

Raela sat down beside her and took a hold of her hand, looking at her and stroking her hair. "It's gonna be okay...It's gonna be okay," she whispered then looked to Dr. Thorne as she started up the machine and rolled June's shirt up.
"How far along are you?"

"I dunno exactly.. perhaps a month and a half?" She murmured, squeezing Raela's hand.
"Sorry for not telling you yet..." She said, glancing to Raela.

[Cali]

"It's okay. Jason let it slip," she murmured.
She then looked to the screen of the Ultrasound.

June swore, startling the doctor and she waved her on.
"That man is worse than a drunk blonde..really.." She babbled.
The screen showed a fetus but the Doctor frowned.
"There seems to be a bit of bleeding, you might need to go into surgery..this could be a lot worse."
June let out a breath but held it after a moment, surgery?

[Cali]

"But essentially, if we do the surgery now, then the baby will be okay?" Raela asked her.
Dr. Thorne nodded.
"Then do it," she spoke. "I'll pay for everything, just save her baby. Got it? And June, I'm calling Jason. I know you don't want to worry him but we have no choice."

"I can pay for it, don't do that... I...ugh... Tell him I love him... kay?"She said before being led away by Doctor Thorne.

[Cali]

"I'm paying for it," she called after her before picking up the phone to call Jason.
After a five minute call, ten minutes later, Jason, Kayla, James, her two boys, and Jason's father ran into the hospital.

June was in surgery and out.

James hugged his boy.
"I thought it was just a bladder infection..."

[Cali]

"June made us promise not to tell you but...Jason, she needs you," Raela spoke to the now crying man. She frowned as she heard all his worried thoughts.
"She's in surgery right now. Dr. Thorne is the best out there. She'll take good care of her and your baby," she spoke, hugging him. The man buried his face into his friend's shoulder, holding onto her weakly as Sophie hugged him also, then Kayla and his father.

(I guess a little time skip for the hour-3 hour surgery)

(Okay. You do it since it's your charrie. I'm immersed in the DNC right now so x.x)

The doctor stepped out into the waiting room, still in her surgical scrubs and smiled.
"It went well... We don't want to overwhelm her so we're only going to let two people in her room at once... I think we should at least start with the.. new husband, as I assume from the veil.." She said with a smile.

[Cali]

Democratic National Convention.

Jason looked up, tears falling and nodded.
"Just you for now," Raela smiled and squeezed his shoulder.
He nodded and followed Dr. Thorne.

Oh.. Government stuff.. I VOTE ANARCHY!! It means less stuff I have to learn in school and fail in...

June looked up as soon as the door opened, it was Jason. She cringed, if only she could have been out for just another hour, she would have thought of something to have said.
"Hey babe... Sorry about the uh.. interruption to our wedding.. I mean it was pretty much over anyway.. heh.."

He raced to her side in a fast walk and quickly kissed her in relief.
"Oh thank god...I was so worried..," he whimpered, years falling down. His heart was fragile when it came to her; when broken, those pieces could shatter.
It was hard to break an already broken man.

June wrapped her arms around him and smiled sleepily. She flicked him after a moment, a bit of a frown on her face.
"You let it slip I was pregnant. I told you to keep it a secret... also the baby is fine.." She smiled.
"It's all good babe."

He sighed and smiled tearfully in relief, sitting in the chair beside her and taking her hand.
