Orihime could feel herself weakening as she screamed so loudly it trailed towards the group.
She felt herself tearing a little as her scream broke into loud sobs of pain.
She stopped pushing for a moment, shaking.
"Orihime, you need to push."
"I can't."
"Yes, you can, Orihime. I know it hurts. I know, but you need to push, okay?" the nurse spoke firmly yet gently.
She sniffled, nodded, and began pushing with everything she could, screaming.

Hitsugaya had a frown on his face, hearing the woman's screams and cries. "There's something wrong," he whispered so low, only his girlfriend could hear.
Renji gently stopped Ashina and sat her back down, trying to reassure her.
Isshin was panicking, pacing faster. His grandchildren were being born and there was something wrong.

Hitsugaya nodded and kissed her temple before looking down at their son. He gently cupped his head, smiling as he laughed up at him.

Renji shook his head at her, his eyes matching hers.

Orihime finally collapsed against the pillows, her hand loosening a little around her husband's as she heard a loud crying. She opened her eyes to see her baby girl as the nurse cut the umbilical cord and began to clean her. She scanned the room for her son but couldn't find him.
"Where's my son?" she rasped out tearfully.

Everyone began to follow Ashina but the doctors stopped them all, allowing only one person at a time.

"Sir? Would you like to hold your daughter?" she spoke softly. There was a sad and sympathetic look to her face.

Another nurse turned to Ashina. "Are you a friend of hers?"
