Just as Ichigo spoke, Orihime fell limp in his arms, one lonely tear slipping out. A few nurses raced over with a transporter and helped lay the bride on it. They then led Ichigo to the maternity ward, running fast.

He held her hand, ''I'mhere, baby. Everything will be okay.'' he whispered.

She nodded and sniffled, her hand shaking in his. "Miss?" She looked over at the nurse, breathing heavily. "I'm going to need you to listen to me okay? When I tell you to push, you push. But when I tell you to stop, you need to stop, no matter how bad the pain is. Okay?"
She nodded, crying in pain and fear. "Okay," she whimpered.
"Orihime, on the count of three, I wan't you to push. Okay? Can you do that for me?" she asked, being as gentle and comforting with her words.
The orange-haired woman nodded, "H-Hai."
"Okay. Just remember to breathe. One. Two. Three. Push!"
Orihime began to do so, gripping Ichigo's hand tightly as she sometimes screamed out in pain. Having not been able to get the epidural in time, she was going to have to deal with the pain.

Orihime stopped quickly for a moment to catch her breath then began to push again. Her hand shook terribly in his as she cried. "Okay, Orihime. Stop pushing."
She fell back against the pillows for the moment, crying. "I can't do this...It hurts," she sobbed.

"It hurts...I can't," she cried.
"Orihime, you have to get ready to push again, okay?" the nurse asked gently.
She let out a sob and nodded. "One...Two...Three!" She began to push once again, screaming out in sheer pain.
"Baby's head is crowning," she heard the nurse say. A few moments later, the nurse spoke. "Okay, stop for a second."
Orihime stayed sitting up, crying. "Orihime, listen to me okay? You're gonna have to give me a big push, okay? Can you do that for me?"
She nodded, gasping in air as her hand tightened around his and the other tightened in the sheets of the hospital bed.
"Okay. Breathe," she spoke softly. She breathed in deep with Orihime. "Now, Push!"
Orihime began to scream as she pushed again, putting her strength into it.

Orihime's scream cracked as she fell back against the pillows, hearing a weak cry. She opened her eyes to see her baby boy crying brokenly. "What's wrong with him?" she whispered. When the nurse cut the cord and handed her to another nurse, she asked again stronger, becoming frantic. "What's wrong with my son!?" she screamed as she sat up then cried out as another quick contraction rocked her body.
"Miss you need to relax. We're going to do everything we can, I promise," the nurse spoke, directly looking into her gray eyes as if she understood completely what she was going through. Orihime nodded.
"Don't let my son die," she whispered.
"I wont. But right now, we need to worry about your other baby. Okay?"
She nodded and began to push once again as the dark-haired nurse told her to do so.

(WAHH. Dafuqq!? I was thinking that they should name him Xander! O_O)

Hitsugaya waited with hope in his eyes. Tatsuki sat next to him while Isshin was pacing. Renji sat across from Aikou and Hitsugaya, sitting next to his girlfriend.
