Braylen-- "Uhm, Ruby and Seth went to this party thing to see if they could get any more information. And Falyn and Styler are running through the forest, trying to find something, but I honestly can't remember what."

I laughed softly, and leaned my head back against the wall. Silence draped over the hall way, for several moents. "Hey, Braylen? What is the darkness you feel? Is it just anger, and hatred, and evil, or is it fear, hurt, and sadness as well?"

Braylen-- "It's all of that. The fear, hurt, sadness comes at a much lower... What's the word? Like the feeling isn't as strong as all the anger, hatred, evil. When someone thinks a sad thought, I can read it, but I really have to concentrate. When I read an evil thought, it gives me a headache from the intensity of it."

"Hmmmmmmmm," It was starting to get late, and I yawned loudly. "I'm off to bed. See ya in the morning," I slipped into the dorm and took the only free bed, my few belongings dumped on the floor.

Braylen-- Once she left, I stood and walked slowly into my room. I grabbed my cigarettes out of my back pocket and lit one up, falling asleep with it in my mouth.

Kiri snapped awake. The crackle of twigs had woken her, but there was no one near. She should go back. Back to the school. (around pages 7-11,if your wondering where she came from) Kiri faded out, and headed in the right direction. Back to the school, for somewhere to stay. She had to go back. Although she didn't want to admit it, Kiri also wanted to see Falyn. She had friends, however unlikely, back at the school.

((um. well, should I read through all of C.C, or can anyone give me a summary of sorts?))

((We could give you a summary, but I think it would be better for you to just read through the whole thing. It would give you a better feel for what's going on....))

She was back. Kiri just walked up the steps and through the doors. No one cared if she was coming in, although they might wonder, with the rain and such. The halls seemed empty but down a hall, a room seemed full of people, noisy. Kiri wandered over and peeked in the window. Teachers, students. Was Falyn there? Kiri refrained from entering, and sat down by the door.

Falyn-- I jumped out of his arms and started, awed at what I saw. The sun glistened off the lake's surface in multicolored hues. Reds, purples, and blues started up at me as my mouth dropped open.
