Maryana hoped so. Her stomach growled again. "Well, I haven't had a good meal in a while. I'll try anything once. When can it get here?"

Alex laughed and paid the guy, opening a carton and holding out a piece of meat to Maryane's mouth with her thumb and index finger, "Her you go."

Maryana begin to help set the table, as if she has always been there. Not that this was her first day in this new place. It felt so right. It felt nothing like her house did with her parents. It was nice. She actually enjoyed it.

She ate as if she hadn't ate in days, which was sort of true. Now, even though she ate fast, it wasn't sloppy as others would. "Thank you, dear angel of music." She was then done. "That was wonderful."

A soft smirk appeared on Alex's delicate features, "No problem. Oh, you have a bit of food right- here I'll get it," she said, leaning forward and running her tonger forward to lick the fried rice from the corned of her mouth and pulling away quickly.
