Starr: As I talked to Kyla on the phone, I looked up from the most recent picture of me, Valentine, and the kids due to hearing a knock on the door. I stood up and walked to the door before opening it. "Hel-" I couldn't fully get the word out because Neferet stood on the front poor and slammed her energy into me. I slammed into the wall with a cry.

valentine: i couldn't shake my feeling so i call kiren to let her i will be late before i turn around headed back and once back home i walk inside hoping to find starr and the kids are alright and i'm just having a weird day

Valentine's phone starting to ring again. When he answered, Daray was crying loudly in the background and Genevieve's voice was thick with tears, begging for him to come home because Mommy wasn't there. She told him that there was blood on the ground and mommy's wedding ring was there too.
