Starr: I walked over to Daray's bed and knelt down to his side, stroking his hair gently. I smiled at his sleeping face before kissing his forehead. I then stood and walked over to Genevieve's side and did the same thing to her.

Starr: I smiled wider as her eyes fluttered open. "Hi sweetheart," I whispered.

Starr: I watched as Genevieve turned her head to Valentine and smiled. "Hi, daddy."

Starr: I stroked Genevieve's hair as she nodded and yawned.

Starr: I frowned in worry when Genevieve shook her head, rolled to her side and curled up into a ball. "Nuh-uh," she murmured. I felt her forehead and gasped at how warm she felt.

"Sweetheart, are you not feeling good?" I asked, hoping it was just my imagination.

She shook her head. "My tummy hurts Mommy."

Starr: "It just hurts a lot," she wined softly. I 'shh'ed her gently, smoothing her hair. I then looked up at Valentine.

"Can you go get her medicine, honey?" I asked, worry filling my eyes.

Starr: I took it from him and opened up the bottle before pouring just a little into Genevieve's mouth. She squirmed at first, not wanting to take it because of the taste but after a while she complied.
