Matt ate like this was pure ambrosia and was soon lost in all the tastes of his food. He was content and didn't worry about the news, the cops had their second beers in their hand and seemed to be on their way to being fairly drunk in a few more sips.

The TV then said, "In other news, murderers Matt and Maggie Lyons escaped from jail today, if you see them please call any police. The cops are not sure of the car that they are driving but three men, whom are assumed child hood friends of the the Lyons siblings."
Adam didn't stay around long enough to here the rest of the story. He through a wad a cash on the table. "Come on guys. We're leaving."
Connor practically pushed Matt out of the booth, and with his good hand he grabbed Maggie.

Blake kept an eye on the cops as they left thanking the hostess as they left trying to not sound panicked or in a rush. They made it to the car and he hopped into the car matt in the seat behind him as maggie and Conner came to the car also. No one wanted to hear the end of that story to many false things mixed with a small amount of truth.

"That was way to close." Adam said as he sped off, one of the rare times he did speed. He began looking for a hotel. They needed to lay low for a while.
"Y'all don't even know if they showed our pictures."
Connor looked at her, "Did you want to stay and find out."
Maggie sunk into the seat, trying to become small, "No."

Matt shook his head as maggie shrank into the appolstry of the car. He didn't want to think of what could or might have happened if they stayed any longer.

Blake look at the speedometer and silenty congratulated Adam for speeding in his car. It wasn't the time to openly congratulate him it was time to be serious.

Maggie glared at her brother if it weren't for a seatbelt and Connor in the way she would be strangling him for the smug head nod.
At the sight of the first motel, Adam pulled in. "Stay in the car."
He said as ge went inside to check in.
Connor looked at Blake this would be the longest Rossetti his brothers dragged him on.

Blake sat back in his seat thinking of books he had read about characters evading police, bit that seemed to much fiction for him, it probably wouldn't work. He sighed a small sigh and looked at the sky which was growing dark very fast.

Adam came back and gave his brothers room keys. He was taking no chances.
Maggie got out and grabbed the duffel with her clother in it. Connor got out and got his bag.
"What room we in?" he asked.
"356." was Adam's answer. He wanted a first floor room it would have made for a better get away if needed but this was all that was open.

Matt got out last and grabbed his duffle before going after Conner and maggie who had gone ahead. he took off the baseball cap and stuffed it into an open pocket zipping the zipper up in one fluid movement.

Blake walked behind Conner, Maggie, and Matt carrying his own smaller duffle and the medical supplies in a large paper bag.

Maggie went to the room which Connor had opened and she ran to the bed. It felt nice to even sit on an actual mattress.

Matt fell onto the second one not letting anyone else steal his bed. The soft springyness of the nice mattress so unlike the styrefoam ones they usually usually had.

Connor took a chair, he saw Blake come in, followed by Adam. "No one leaves the room, unless they are with someone."
He looked at Matt and Maggie.
Maggie frowned, "We don't get to leave?"
Adam shook his head, and messed up her hair, "Can't risk it, Mags."
Maggie fell back on the bed sighing.

Matt sighed also, they where ganna be locked up again, but this time it would be with friends and nice mattresses, possibly good food. He knew why they wouldn't let them go out but he didn't really want to be locked up again.

Connor tossed her the remote, and she flicked the TV on, and began searching for movies, what she did in prison was watch old movies because that's all they let her do. She knew it would bug her brother.

Matt intertwined his fingers resting his head on his arms which where resting on the pillows behind his head. He took in a large sigh and looked around at where they could be staying for a wile. it was small but larger than most of the cells they had seen in the prison, which wasn't much they had een in solitary confinement for years.

Maggie settled on a movie she had never seen before. Connor was falling asleep in the chair he was in, and Maggie couldn't help but smile, even at the age of twenty two he still looked like a puppy.

Adam came back with soft drinks, and ice, and went to the bathroom.

Blake saw maggie admiring Conner and looked away, going to close the windows blinds going back to sitting in the reclined chair and turning to the movie. His eyelids where getting heavy but he tried to keep them open slowly slipping into sleep almost unknowingly.

Maggie eyed the door it was unguarded with Blake and Connor asleep. She knew she shouldn't even go toward it so she restrained, plus it would mean going past the bathroom and Adam had ears of a bat.
She turned her attention back to the movie, but not before catching a glimpse at Blake, he looked like a puppy to, it must have been a trait that the Evensgate brothers shared. She smiled at him and continued to watch the movie.

Matt eyed his sister a she took a glance towards the door. " hey it's better here than in prison so I would open the door and leave and I hate being locked up here, maybe as much as you, or more. " he told her turning towards the movie. He smiled as she glanced at Blake instead of the movie. " so which one you goin' for sis?"

Maggie glared at him, "None of your business." She new Matt would press her till she told so she decided to cut out all the annoyance and get straight to the part that would happen inevitably, plus his previous comment had made her mad.
She launched herself onto his bed, hands ready to attack.

Matt gave a squeak of surprise and lifted up one of his legs so if she was going for his stomach she would be hit by a knee. He rolled to the side just before she landed on him and went into fighting position. " it was just a question sis!" he said very innosintly.

That woke Connor up, and Adam came out of the bathroom, "What the hell?" he asked. He went to Maggie and with Connor's help they pulled the fighting siblings apart. "I can't leave you two alone for five minutes."
Connor then said, "Sorry, I should have stayed awake."

Blake woke up slowly, " shut the hell up guys." he said annoyed to them.

Matt laughed at maggie who was looking so pissed she could kill something. " it was only a question." he said innocently licking the blood from him lip from where maggie had been able to punch him.

"It was not, and you know it. You're such a pervert." She said, struggling against Adam's grip. Her brother could be so insensitive about these kind of things.
"What did he ask?" Connor asked.
Maggie glared at Matt, "As him yourself."

Maggie tore herself from Adam, and launched her self at Matt again, "Stop laughin' at me, or I'll make so you can't laugh." She threatened delivering an uppercut to his chin.
