Blake nodded, " sure buddy I'm fine," he said as the methodically unwrapped and wrapped his little brothers shoulder and arm. " now it'll still look as if you broke your arm and not got shot in the shoulder." he said to his broter patting him lightly on the back.

Connor nodded, but he didn't believe that his brother was fine. He looked at Maggie, "Ya know she got pretty upset today. There must have been a reason, ya know?"

Blake rolled his eyes, " yes I did happen to notice that," he said far to formal, " girls can get really angry if someone asks who she asks especially her brother, it's just how it goes."

Connor looked at him, and eyebrow raised, "You should talk to her sometime. I think it'll do you both good."
In all honesty, Connor wanted her to say him, but he knew Blake wanted the same thing. This had been happening since they were younger. They always argued over who would save Maggie.

Blake smiled a shy smile, " sure buddy," he said, " but she's asleep and I think she would get even more pissed if I woke her up. We should move on tomorrow any ways to much of a risk stayin' in one place to long."

Connor nodded, "You mind keepin' watch?" he asked, he sat on the couch in the room. He shortly fell asleep, with Maggie yawning and waking up.

Blake sat in a chair thinking the yawn belonged to either matt or Adam not maggie. He sighed and relaxed into the semi comfortable chair. He looked over to see maggie waking up, " oh you're up, I thought that was Adam or someone." he said to her quietly trying to not wake anyone else up.

Maggie looked at Adam he was asleep like a rock. She looked at her brother, he to was asleep, and Connor looked like a little sleeping puppy, "Nope, it was me." she said.

Blake nodded, " all right I wasn't paying to much attention so I wasn't sure," he said awkwardly. Both his brothers knew he likes maggie more than just as friends, or he wanted it to be like that. " I'm sorry for what Matt asked earlier, he can be stupid you don't have to answer it."

"I know," Maggie said. "He just pressed it. I guess it just reminded me of after about a year in jail he asked me who I missed more..." she trailed off.

Blake nodded looking at the floor, it was so awkward and no one was up to be able to break the awkward silence and usually that was Conner. Blake got up and put away some stuff from bandaging up Conner and shoved his duffle under the chair before sitting back down.

"How's his shoulder?" she asked, as she watched him put his medical supplies away. He would make a great doctor.

Blake looked at his sleeping brother, " it's scabbing over nicely and it should have a good solid scab soon, but only if he stays still and doesn't more around with that shoulder. If he does I'll have to stitch it all together." he said smiling and knowing that Conner probably wouldn't be able to keep still for that long with his shoulder, he never seemed to he able to do that.

Blake nodded, " yeah but he needs to learn control or he won't be able to do a lot of things in life without pain." he said laughing, nodding and raising an eyebrow in agreement.

Maggie got dark, "I'm sure he could handle it." She knew Connor could handle pain, she knew what he had to live with every day.

Blake looked at her his eyes wide, " what? " he asked her looking shocked at how stern and dark she had just gotten.

She lightened her mood and glanced a Connor, he was so innocent looking. "I'm saying he might be living with something that causes him a different kind of pain every day."
She shook her head, "Anyways, how are you? Never really got to ask y'all that question."

Blake smiled, " I'm doin' fine I continued school unlike Adam and Conner, and that kept me busy for all the time until we came to the rescue." he said tossing his hair out of his eyes.

She didn't know much about school beyond highschool. She didn't care when she before she was arrested, not to mention her brother and her were taken out of school.
Adam was never meant for school, and Connor was to smart for it and his own good. Maggie was glad Blake finished school.

Blake shook his head, " nah I took that senior year of highschool. I was in med school. That's one reason why I know about everything of anatomy." he said smiling proudly. He couldn't hide how proud he was that he could work in a hospital. " if I go for another few years then I can become a doctor, unless they catch us then I probably won't be going back to college."

Maggie frowned, "Well you did nothin' wrong. You wont be caught." She said, harboring fugitives was a crime, but her brother and her didn't do anything.

Blake nodded, " we gatta convince people of that. But I don't know who would kill your folks. They where so nice, the person who killed them, well they're insane and evil. No one is their right mind kills people." he said folding his arms a grim look on his face.

Maggie looked at him, stealing a quick miniscule glance at Connor. If only Blake knew what he was saying. "Our parents were good on the outside," he said.

Balke turned, ' Huh? What do you mean? They where always so nice." he said trailing off and trying to think back to the times when Maggie and Matt's parents had been out with them. They where always so nice.
