"Well where is this store?" Adam said eating his bacon and cheese burger.

Connor smiled as he watched Matt and Maggie savor the french fries. He couldn't help but feel bad for them at the same time. "If I'm going to be bleeding alot I'll need to wash my clothes at some point."

Adam smirked, "That's what bathtubs in motel rooms are for."
Connor laughed. His brother always had a joke for every situation.

Blake smiled, " the store isn't far from here, just off the high way in around five miles to the east." he told Adam looking at conners arm just to see if forgot anything they would need.

"Alright." He slid the keys across the table, as he stuffed fries in his mouth, "You're driving us their." It was rare any one drove the Impala but him. Both his brothers knew how, but he always drove, and no one ever argued.
Connor was shocked, "You're gonna let him drive. You have lost it," he laughed taking a sip of his drink.

Maggie finished her fries, she got up to refill her drink.

"Do y'all think it's unfair not giving her a gun?" Connor asked his voice quiet enough to where he knew Matt couldn't hear.
"You know why we did it. It was for the better of everyone." Adam said.
"Matt might be my best friend, but he's a loose cannon. She at least has some control." Connor defended.
Adam hit the table, "Alright, you wanna be fair Connor," his voice rose a little. "Matt wont have a gun either."

Matt heard the last part of their convercation, " seriously come on guys! I didn't do anything bad!" he complained to them his face a perfect portrail of a heart broken puppy who was still stuffing his face with food.

Blake smiled and took the keys hanging onto them tightly. He got to drive, this should be fun seeing as he was the one who liked to speed a little, he was going to try to be on his best behaviour though so there would be no real speeding. Or racing, none of that.

Connor smirked at his brother, finally they would get somewhere fast.

Maggie glared at him, "You're still stickin' to that story. Need I remind you the courtroom."

Adam flinched all three brothers remembered that day. It was a low for Matt, and even lower for Maggie who wouldn't even glance at her brother after the episode. She wouldn't look at anyone.

Matt calmy set down his food ignoring his sister but shot her a glare just before he picked up his food and started eating again. They shouldn't fight here, not in public, he told himself as he tried to calm his bun ing muscles which seemed to be aching for a furious fist fight.

Maggie took a sip of her soda, returning his glare. It was like a high steaks shootout at noon. It took every ounce of her brain to control her self from throwing the cup at him, then launching herself over the table at him.

Adam looked at the tense conversation, he sighed, "In the car, you're giving me the gun. You two are lethal without em."
Connor laughed, while Maggie just glared at him, "You're hilarious," she said sarcastically.

Matt grumble a few quite unkind words, to either Adam or maggie not really caring which took offence to them as he tree out his empty food containers and made his way to the car. What his sister had said made him want to strangle something or someone but he sucked down his anger in each shaky breath he took trying to not be put into jail fairly.

"We done." Adam asked, getting fidgety. "Don't want the cops being on our tail so soon."
Connor nodded.
"I need to use the bathroom," Maggie said. She was glad she didn't have to use the facilities in front of her brother.
She got up, and Adam just sighed. "By all means take your time, you deserve it."

Blake threw away his food the keys still gripped in his hand tightly. He went back and sat down with Conner and waited for maggie to get out as matt grumbled to himself by the car. He wasn't to worried about matt but if matt was as sinsative as Blake was he probably would be crying and killing something. Either both or just one.

Maggie came out, and adam stood, taking one of the cards that told the employees where to take the number. Connor looked at him and rolled his eyes while heading at the door.
"You're lucky they don't send you to jail for stealing those." Maggie said on her way out.
"Shut up, Maggie,' he smiled.

Blake fallowed them quietly unlocking the car and getting in the drivers seat happily. " finally I get to drive," he said jokingly. He waited until everyone was in the car before turning on the engine.

Matt climbed into the car first but sat in one of the back seats looking out the window, the first time he had been silent in a very long time.

Connor sat in the middle, Maggie on his other side.

"Don't take it for granted little brother." Adam said as he buckled his seat belt.

Maggie gave Connor a glance. It was one of love and hate. But she quickly looked away.

Blake laughed, " I'll try not to, but you never let me drive not that I dont mind it's just so much fun when I get to." he said smiling as he ran his hands on the steering wheel before pulling out of the parking lot and onto the highway.

"Because every time you drive, something bad happens to the car, and I spend a week fixing her." He frowned, "We don't have time for that." He looked at his brother, "So no screwing around."

Connor stifled laughter. "Screwing around is Blake's middle name."

Maggie couldn't help but giggle at the comment.

Blake laughed and gunned the engine, " I'll be careful I already told myself no drag races." he said speeding past a few cars no cops in sight thankfully.

Matt smiled at conners remark but stayed silent still not wanting to break out into a fight with anyone and if it would be someone it would probably be his sister.

Adam gripped the handle on the door, as his brother sped through traffic, "That's very reassuring."

"So where exactly are we going?" Connor asked.

Maggie sighed, she looked out the window. The last car she was in was a cop car, and before that it was this Impala, Adam was taking all five of them to a movie.

Blake smiled slyly, " 's all right Adam I am actully a good driver. And we're goin to a store so you don't bleed out in three hours Conner." he told him seeing maggie's expression from the rearview mirror, she looked sad but her eyes where so distant.

Connor wanted to say a snarky comment, but arguing with his brother on medical issues was not a good thing.

Maggie leaned forward, "I always preferred speedster over here." She said to Adam.
"We all do." Connor commented.

Blake smiled, " I can hear you," he said shifting gears and speeding up to make the exit through a small space between two lanes. After ge slipped through the small space he was so tempted to laugh at Adam knowing he would either have a traumatised look on his face or a I'm-going-to-kill-you look on his face.

Adam glared at him, "You do that again, I swear, you will never touch that wheel again, those keys, or that gas pedal again. Especially the gas pedal."

Maggie leaned back, "How's your shoulder?" she asked Connor.
"Like some one dug around inside the muscle to get a bullet out, then washed it with acid three times. No, it feels like a pina colada on beach in Hawaii."

Blake smiled, " hey it was that or a car crash, you know I can make tighter stuff than that. Conner this could be worse so be happy." he told them both a proud smirk on his face as he pulled up to the store shutting off the engine slowly relishing the feel of the motor.

Adam waited for him to take the keys out of the ignition. "Keys now, come on," Adam said putting his hound out for him.

"Do you need anyone to go in with you?" Maggie asked wanting to get out of the car.

Blake hand over the keys reluctantly, " um yeah someone with money," he said sadly looking at the keys now in Adams grasp. " I've made tighter," he grumbled to Adam as he got out of the car.

Adam gave Maggie cash. "Make sure he doesn't go insane in their. He will do anything to get more supplies."
Maggie nodded, getting out of the car.

Connor moved to Maggie's seat, "So how have you really been?" he looked to Matt.

Matt looked at him, " well that was the first time I havn't wanted to kill her and tried and been silent for five minutes. " he told Conner studying his hands just to do something.

Blake walked into the store and imeadiatly went to buy what he needed and more.
