Sakura sniffled and smiled faintly, "I'm a mess," she chuckled softly. Ayumi blushed and smiled. Sasuke frowned and looked down at the piece of paper.

Sai smiled and they kept walking.

Nite watched his face as he looked at Seto's birth certificate. "I was on a mission to the sound and I don't think you even recognized me. We were both really wasted and I didn't realize what had happened until the next morning when I woke up and rushed out in a hurry. I demanded to be taken off the mission..." She started.

Sakura giggled shyly as she wiped away the running mascara on her face. Ayumi looked away shyly but a smile adorning her features. Sasuke's eyes widened as he started to realize what she was trying to say. He nodded, not trusting his voice, for her to continue.

Naruto just grinned at her.

Sai opened the door to allow aymi inside the house.

Nite took a shaky breath. "A few weeks later, I'd been feeling horribly sick so I asked Sakura to make me an appointment and...I found out I was pregnant. She was the only one I told who the father was. I left soon after that for the village where I was found. I stayed there until Seto was born and when I came back, Stunade asked me who the father was and I knew I couldn't tell them it was you-she already didn't like you. So before I realized what I was saying, I told her it was Itachi. And when you came back, you looked so horrified when you saw him, I couldn't bear to tell you he was your son because I was scared you'd be angry..." tears were forming in the corners of her eyes as she rushed to get the words out before she wound up crying.

Sasuke's eyes widened as he shook his head, pocketed the birth certificate and cupped her face in his hands. "Shh," she whispered softly. "I could never be angry at you. Granted, I wish you could've told me...but, No. I don't hate you, I'm not angry," he reassured, his voice pleading her not to cry. He couldn't stand it when those tears streamed out of her ruby eyes.

Sakura looked over at Nite and Sasuke and frowned. "So, she's finally telling him..." she whispered to herself.

Ayumi walked in, sighing softly. She plopped down on the couch, looking up at him sweetly.

Nite took a deep breath to steady herself and nodded.

Naruto's eyebrows knitted together. "Telling him??"

Ayumi leaned over and rested her head against his shoulder, sighing softly.

Sakura stiffened, remembering that Naruto was with her. "It's nothing," she said.

Sasuke looked deeply into her eyes to let her know that he was telling the truth and that he was also happy.

Ayumi looked up at him before leaning up and kissing him deeply yet softly.

Sakura rested her forehead against his chest with a sigh, paying attention to the beat of his heart.

Sasuke held her close, rubbing her back before whispering in her ear, "If you think I'm going to leave you and Seto...then you're mistaken. I'm going to stay Nite, to help raise my son."

Naruto smiled at her and swayed back and forth.

Nite felt her lips curl into smile at his words. She was so happy to hear him say that. "I'm glad Sasuke. So very glad."

Ayumi's eyelashes fluttered in contentment as she slid her tongue over his bottom lip in a teasing matter.

Sasuke buried his face into her hair, breathing in her scent deeply. "I remember now," he whispered. "I remember the feeling I had when I saw you. It made me nervous and shy but gave me this warm and fuzzy feeling in my chest."

Sakura swayed to the music with him.

Nite sighed. "Since you left, the rules for anbu have changed. They said too many were moving to oter towns because of people they fell for on missions. Now, if someone falls for a person on a mission, the person the fell in love with is asassinated."

Sasuke's eyes saddened. "Nite, I didn't fall for you on that moment because of what we did. I fell for you a long time ago. And when I woke up and didn't see you there, I broke away from the Akatsuki to go find you. I thought you were kidnapped or hurt. You left without a trace and I thought I lost my best friend and more," he spoke in a quiet voice into her ear.

Sakura leaned against him then blushed bright red as her stomach growled. "Uhm," she spoke shyly.

Ayumi opened her eyes, staring up at him.

Nite wrapped her arms around his neck, smiling. "We have one more hurtle to jump: telling Seto. I mean, he knows Itachi isn't his dad. I can tell by how he acts that Itachi told him but I thk he might choke you with a hug. He's a strong kid."
