"The hotel down the street is readyfor your stay." Hermes said.
He looked at Griffin, "Hades is not happy with the way the fight turned out. He wants me to tell you you'll prove your worth yet. He said you have twenty minutes by the sea to prepare then you will face Lupa, Chiron's Roman counterpart."
Hermes looked sad as he delayed the message his tight grey jogging shirt seemed to get darker with melancholy.
"Ask Lupa how to teach you to find rats." George said.
"Be quiet the boy could die tonight." Martha the other snake on Hermes cell phone said.
Griffin gulped, Lupa meant wolf in latin he knew that much and he didn't like the idea of putting two and two together. Not to mention the dream he had. "Lupa's not a wolf is she?" he asked nervously.
Hermes nodded silently. He turned toward David, "Next time your in a race remember fast is not always best."

"Well, your rooms at the hotel are under George." he said, he checked his phone, "I got to get going now." he frowned he liked talking with demigods they slowed things down. He turned and ran off disappearing in a shimmer.
Griffin had paled he was scared out of his wits by the message.

AMaria could tell he was scared- anybody looking could- and she was worried. Acording to foster, Lupa was really dangerous.

"I'm going to die." were the only words Griffin had managed to say.
"We can go help you prepare at the beach." Rory suggested.
"Why the beach though? Why not at the Roman Camp?" Corrie asked.

Griffin shrugged and headed to the sea. "You all can come if you want." he looked at the setting sun, "But I think you should sleep."

Amaria looked around at the others. David looked bone tired and Aiden too. "Those who feel up to sticking around for the battle can those who don't need to go to the hotel and rest. Aiden turned to head towards the hotel, David on his tail. Amaria stayed.

Corrie looked at Griffin knowing she should.
Rory was following David. She was going to ask him about the bus to get their minds off Griffin.
Corrie ended up going to the hotel, she was tired and she would send an Iris message to Mark informing what was happening though he knew.
Griffin didnt look back as he headed to the beach. But he did know he wanted Foster there.

Griffin stuffed his hands in his pockets, and kept on. Luckily the beach wasn't to far away.
The second he touched the sand he seemed less stressed, he seemed to melt into a relaxed state. He sat down kicking off his shoes just so he feet could barely be touched by the surf.
"Twenty minutes, twenty minutes to wait to be killed by a wolf." he said picking up a clump of sand a d throwing it into the sea.

Rory caught up with David, "I know it's none of my business to ask, but you seemed kind of fidgety on the bus. Why?"

Corrie walked up to the desk and said, "Reservations for George."
The person at the desk nodded and handed out the keys. When Corrie counted each person had there own rooms. So she kept Griffin and Amaria's keys and gave everyone else there's.

They took there keys and headed up. David srugged. "I just kinda had a bad feeling. I dunno."

Amaria stood behind him and nodded. "You're not gonna die."

"She's a wolf she eats those who fail. I'm not a Roman demigod we do things differently. I'm gonna die." he said knowing it was true.

Rory looked at him, "What did you have a bad feeling about?"

Amaria grimaced. "Okay, that deffinitely doesn't sound good but don't lose hope before the battle begins."

Rory sighed, "What did you think he was going to do?"

Griffin looked at her, "It sure does seem hopeless, and hades is going to do this fill someone dies I feel." he looked at the ocean, "Besides how is the beach supposed to help me prepare.

David shrugged. "I dunno, but he was sending of waves of nagativity. I'm surprised the rest of you didn't feel it."

Amaria shrugged. "Maybe you're thinking about it too much."

Griffin looked at her, "Alright I won't think about." he turned back to the ocean and watched it as his mind emptied as he did he thought about horses and how the crash of waves sounded like a heard. As he looked at the ocean a horse, a stark white horse ran forward out of the crest of the wave.
Griffin thought it was just his imagination so he didn't think much of the white stalion.

Rory's eyebrow rose, "Radiating negativity? Um..." She wanted to say something about Satyrs but she knew that would come off as rude.

Within a few minutes the horse was standing in it's full glory atthe edge of the sea foam. Thehorse had the look as though it had been made of the waves. Griffin stood surprised.
The horse bowed, Master.
Grifdin just heard the horse, then he remembered Poseidon was god of the horses. As the horse bowed the sand creapt onto it's back forming a saddle.
"Uh." he said stupidly.

"I dont get it." Rory stated quite bluntly.

"Do you k ow why you can do it. I mean I thought only Satyrs could read emotions." Rory said.

Griffin looked at Amaria, "I'm not imagining the horse am I? I mean you see it too?" he ran his hand through his hair. He wanted to know where the horse came from. He thought his dad made it randomly but truth was he did and he didn't even know it.

"I can see that." Rory said but it was obvious she wastrying to really figure it out.

"Good I'm not going insane." Griffin said, the horse walked up to him it moved as smoothly as a wave. Griffin couldn't help but pet it's neck, he was at home with horses. "What am I supposed to do with her though."
The sun was now barely visible above the edge of the sea. The twenty minutes were almost up.

Griffin looked at the horse and then it began to talk, My name is Ginny, meaning white wave. I only serve you because in your time of need you created me.
"Woah hold the cheese, I created you? Impossible."

Rory looked at David, "Maybe it's a goft your dad gave you, though I didn't know Hermes could read emotions." Her eyebrows furrowed together as she thought.
