He kept his eyes focused on the sun, "No one truly understands what is taken for granted. And when they disappear forever, people cry. Their crying doesn't make up for the lifetime of neglect they gave them. You'll say goodbye when its to late. You'll gaze at the wonder once, and never know why you gazed when you catch that wonder again. But when you do catch, a gentle touch is all it takes..." He wasn't in any trance, but the words pored out of him.

Griffin sat down, "You don't mind if I sit for a bit, think about it, do you?"
"Not at all, even Foster had to think about his for a while before he told you and Erik."
Griffin shuddered that quest was one thing he wished he didn't have the memory of.

"Touch, a simple sensation. It gives us a whole new world. Touch can rarely be taken from a person. It allows you to really know if you like something. It has meaning behind it. Their are many things that can touch. You can touch with your hands. You touch with your feet. What you feel is your reaction to touch. A person can touch your heart, your soul, you feel something after that. It could be love, hate, lust. It depends on how the person touched you. All longed to recieve a touch of love, and to feel love..." He looked away from the sun, and at Amaria, he hadn't fallen asleep but it was clear he was out of his poetic mood. He sat up, and gently pulled her close to him. He then spouted off a sonnet, sonnet number eighteen to be exact" Shall I compare thee to a Summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And Summer's lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And oft' is his gold complexion dimm'd;

So long lives this, and this gives life to thee." When he finished he planted a kiss on her lips. One so gentle, and kind it was almost afraid to linger.

Griffin tried to take the prophecy line by line, A place so deep a connection is made. He thought, and the only thing that he came up with was the ocean. Connecting with his father maybe. The sun will betray with wisdom. He had no clue what that meant. So he continued on, Three tridents will answer the call. He figured three poseidon kids would be on the quest with him or two others plus him. A storm and two bolts, two kids of zeus maybe. A race two must run, two Hermes kids. So far it was telling him more of who was coming rather than what they were going to do. Or so he thought. War and stragegy, Ares kid and Athena kid, leader in a saddle. He smiled, hoping it meat something to do with horses. Betrayal and guilt, again he didn't know what it meant, or have a clue. Old weapons meet their makers, Riptide, Backbiter, either way that didn't sound so pleasing. Seven picked, the seven of the great prophecy would be his guess. Some one was going to die, and he got a bit sad. A rising brother's war, possibly the Titans. The last line befuddled him, it starts where life fades, did that mean a war was starting in the underworld. He was so confused. Trying to figure out the prophecy only hurt his head.

Amaria's heart leapt to her throat as she pressed her lips against his in return. A thousand thoughts swirled in her minds. And then, all thought ceased. She only felt. And what she felt was right.

David looked over and grinned at the pair but stayed quiet, not wanting to disrupt their little moment.

Slowly Foster pulled away. A meek toothy smile graced his face. It wasn't his full smile, but the effect of blinding was still there.

Griffin came out, and was about to say something. But he recoiled at the site of Foster finally getting Amaria not like he waited seven years for it to finally happen or anything.

David grinned and looked over. "Hey Griffin."

Foster looked up, and coughed a bit. He gathered his thoughts "Um... Well what is it?" He said, as if nothing had happened.

Amaria sat up, blushing a bit and waiting to hear the prophecy.

Griffin then said, "Well it makes no sensse. Except I think it says who will go on the quest, and it is way more than three."

"Well say it." Foster said intrigued.

It starts in the place where life fades" Griffin finished restating the prophecy word for word.

Foster's face fell this would be dangerous. And he had a feeling he knew who would be going on it. But he said nothing.

"Well we're not supposed to know what it means." Foster said. "Don't go asking me either. Cause I'm just ask clueless as you." He told them. He really didn't know. It was a mystery to him. He just had hunches.

Amaria nodded. "Should we head back to camp now or do you need to rest, Griffin? You look kinda pale."

Griffin looked at him self. He was unaware that he looked pale.
"I'll be the judge on if he needs rest." Foster walked over to Griffin and looked him over. "I think a rest would be sufficient before heading back. But we need to tell Chiron about the prophecy so he can think about it." Foster told them.

Amaria nodded. "Would an hour be long enough?" She understood the urgency to get back but had learned from personaly experience that puching yourself when you're not up to if has bad results.

Griffin walked over to David. He looked at the sun he had been in there longer than he thought it was about noon now. "What happened while I was in there?"

Woody: " Not much but if you want an iris message you may need some water." I said to them holding up a full water bottle I somehow had in my cargo pants. Well a child of Poseidon should have water with them almost all the time.

David just shrugged. "Foster started getting impatient and got poetic and Amaria and him talked. Then he spouted a sonnet and they kissed. Oh, and I found a black beetle on a dying blade of grass."

"Nice." he remarked with enough sarcasm for the whole group.
Foster looked at Woody, "Could ya." he held out a drachma, "As long as Griffin isnt fully well," For once Foster was at a loss for words, "You should do it." he said.
Griffin looked at David, "All poetic huh... He's done it to my knowledge like twice before. Don't know why." It was then the lameness of his skin got to him, and he sat more like collapsed. But either way you look at it he landed firmly on his but.
Foster and Woody were pretty good friends nothing really close like what he had with Erik and Griffin. But he was the first person after Amaria that he wen to when Griffin was taken by the water, and Erik died.

Foster then had a side track on his mind. Griffin's memories were stolen. By a god no doubt, but that god had to have been there when his memory came back. Because that whole incident didnt happen like Foster planned. He thought Griffin would be pushed in conk his head on a rock he and Rory would save him and his memory be restored. But the exact opposite happened. Rory pushed him in and he was almost greeted by the water as it encircled him, then was placed on the dock by the water. Poseidon had taken Griffin's memory, he figured. And Poseidon was somehow at the lake and gave Griffin back his memories.
