Amaria looked at him. "What?" She said in that totally Amaria curious tone.

David shrugged. "I guess so. I'm kinda lucky, huh? Meeting my dad, I mean. I heard that some kids will leave camp and live a human life until they die and never meet their god parent." He said.

Griffin felt guilty the one time he met his dad he didn't even look at him. "It is, he came when you asked. That's pretty sweet." he said.

Foster looked at her, "It's nothing. Don't worry." He said. "But I think he was I. Danger long before he knew who he really was. I'll need to talk to him." he said, hoping she bought it without wanting to know much more.

David grinned. "He seems like a nice guy. And a good, although busy, dad."

Amaria nodded. "Alright. Hey, when you said 'if a child of Zeus is involved, it's different.' earlier when I asked you about atracting lightning?" She said, "What did you mean?"

"I kind of understand him. I mean the amount of messages he has to deliver. I think if he could he would spend all his time with his kids. He seems like a family man. But urgent like a dad who always wants to play with his kids." Griffin said. It was almost like he had insight on the dude himself.

Foster looked at her, "Seriously Amaria. Zeus' weapon the master bolt. Zeus' weapon is lightening his kids can summon and use it. Like Apollo kids can use medical magic or get glimpses of the future, Like Poseidon kids can summon up water, like Hermes kids can run for long amounts of time at top speed and not get tired." Foster said it was half kind half trying to show her to use her brain.

"Yeah, he didn't say much on the way over but he would always pause when he saw one of his kids training and kinda beam happily at them...."

Amaria nodded. "I get that. I meant, about, summoning lightening without trying to. LIke on an accident."

"Well if your angry things like that can happen. Remember the bathroom exploding. Griffin was quite pissed that day, and all that water in the bathroom plus his anger was not a good match." Foster said. "If it just happens with no emotion it was probably Zeus that did it, trying to protect you." Foster was glad she didn't catch onto the seeing bits of future part. None of the other Apollo kids to his knowledge saw parts of the future, they just had feelings to what would happen.

Griffin nodded, "He does care, I just think it's hard to see that sometimes. I think it's the hardest to be a son of Hermes or Apollo, both are always so busy. But Hermes kids definitely have it the hardest, cause well Apollo kids just have to look up." he gave a half hearted laugh.
Griffin had known Foster for a while he had always worn the sunglasses and he never knew why. No other Apollo kids did, but no other Apollo kid, had eyes quite like Foster.

Amaria nodded. "Okay, now it makes sense." she said the last part to herself. That must've been why she, or her dad, zapped Aiden. 1: she was mad 2: she was in possible danger. "Thanks for explaining." (I'm just waiting for him to ask her why she asked this.)

"I don't feel like I have it hard at all. I can always sense him encouraging me. It's kind of like a voice in my head, it's kinda cool too."

Griffin nodded, "Makes sense." It did god of running to be encouraging.

Foster nodded, "No problem, why'd you ask?" He finally said. He wondered what she was annoying or what had happened. So far he was safe from being found out about the future bit, but it made sense, after all the oracle saw the future and she was Apollo's.

Amaria looked down. "You remember Aiden? Well, after the meeting, he was trying to drag me off and I was like panicing and I asked where we were going and what he said pissed me off and he almost got elctricuted." she muttered to herself, 'Too bad my aim isn't that great or it wouldn't be almost "

Griffin rose an eyebrow, he didn't understand that. But then again he wasn't a son of Hermes probably a grandson or something. "What do you mean?"
(what if griffin was related to Luke somehow...)

"I don't easily forget that numsack." Foster said. "But electrocuting a son of Nemesis isn't the best thing to do. He'll a d his mom will pay you back for that. And Aiden is her favorite." He warned. He had a fishy feeling about that vial now, the person who gave it to her was the only other Nemisis kid.

Amaria nodded. "I know, and his mom can get a bit maniacal any way. She never did like me."

Griffin nodded, he definitely didn't get that feeling. "That must be why y'all are ways so opptimistic."

"Look you don't want to make enemies with her. Or him, there both powerful. Frankly you dot want to be friends with them either. But Amaria.." he stopped knowing he wouldn't get through to her. He knew Aiden was an enemy he needed to keep close, especially since he saw Aiden there when he was in Styx.

"He let's y'all leave. Man y'all are luckier than a live pig the day after thanksgiving. But then again I probably wouldn't be allowed out anyways. Even years ago he didn't let me go out. He was scared about me leaving during the school year because I had to go halfway cross the coutntry." he looked ahead of him, "It makes sense though."

Griffin heard nothing past the past tense of the word like. "So you don't like him anymore?" he asked fruit not to sound to curious.

David nodded. "Yeah, you guys, kids of the big three, are the ones who've really got it bad. Like I heard that Haes just collects all his kids souls as soon as they're born and that Zeus just doesn't give a damn. Poseidon's the only good one from what I've heard. Which makes sense. Water is known for being kind and gentle."

Amaria looked at him like he was crazy. "Are you kidding? I hate him!"

"When it wants to be." he said. But from his experience with his dad Poseidon was trying to be something he wasn't, a good dad. But then again Griffin was beyond pissed atthe man that one time. He smirked at his comment, he had a sense of humor.

Foster did not show his releif but was overjoyed. Inside he was doi g a happy dance, outside he gave a little smirk. "That choice has some Athena wisdom behind it." he commented.

"Depends on what you mean. Because it was actually an Ares kid that told me she saw him talking with his mom about swome kind of plan involving me letting my guard down. But he basically tipped me off himself."

He nodded. "Think about it, Zeus' master bold, lightening is made from heat and tension. Fire is made from carbon and head. Water is it's on independent element. And it's the most abundant. You can get water from the vapor in the air."

Foster thought a moment, "Let me see that vial." he said his brow furrowing. He hoped she forgot about the advice thing because she didn't understand what he was getting at.

Foster took it and examined it. He flipped his glasses up. And examined it his eyes becoming an even brighter blue than normal. A look of disgust filled his face. "Make you stronger my ass." he talked about it like everyone could see what he was seeing. "This stuff is disgusting the stuff just floating in it, and it smells. Can you smell it, it reeks of things worsethen sewage." he said. "Don't drink this Amaria." he handed it back to her, "Get rid of it as soon as possible."

"So how do you plan to get rid of it?" he asked her. He knew he would take it for her. But he would have to be careful with it. "Dont put it in wafer, because the. That water will dry up and everything in it will die. It's like water makes that stuff mulitply." he got an evil thought. Not his own, but it would come in handy later.

Foster took the vial from her hands. "You won't be doing any such thing." he put the vial in his pants pocket. "Taking it out on Aiden will not do anything good for you."

(I'm racking my brain trying to figure out how Griffin and Luke could be related. It's hard)
