Nite closed her eyes for a second before continuing on wondering how much time she had until he recognized the path. Probably not long but she hoped it was a while.

Sakura ran into the lair with caution and a goal set on her mind. Kami, if Naruto is following me...just don't let him get hurt. Please! Sasuke bounded after Nite with renewed vigor, having a feeling of who caused that explosion.

She pulled out a large Masamune that had been seen in the Haruno household before. The hilt was a cranberry red while the blade was ebony black. Sakura twirled the sword in her hand before taking a stance.

Nite gaped while Orochimaru smirked. "What a pleasssant sssurprissse" he sneered, standing up and taking his blad from Kabuto.

She twirled the blade in her hand before taking a step forward, her eyes glaring. If Nite and Sasuke were here, then Naruto could be on his way too. "Enough small talk," she said firmly. "Let's end this."
