Journey: I smile back at him. "Great." i wonder what i should do now...maybe find Journey? Yeah, make sure Vintage didn't hurt her as bad as last time. I shudder. what a creep. but Noelle liked him for some sadistic reason... maybe i should stay here. "Well, is there anything you want? since you can't really..stand up,"

Matt: I shrugged. "I don't wat to hurt you." I admitted, but then looked up to give her a faint smile.

Noelle: i nod, looking out the window again. "Do you think we should check on Journey and Theo?" I ask thoughtfully.

Theo: "I'm fine. Actually, some water would be great." I put a hand behind my head, feeling a little foolish.

[lily "the author" hanna]

Journey: "You got it," I salute him with my index finger and head off to find some water. I can't wait to talk to that nurse again. I grin to myself.

Matt: "We probably should." I nodded. But then again, we had never done what we "should" do.

Theo: I sigh. I suppose being in hospital wasn't too bad. I closed my eyes as I waited for her to come back.

Noelle: i walk past him and look out the door. i freeze when i see Journey talking loudly to the nurse. I wait, this might interesting...

Journey: I clear my throat loudly. the girl looks up at me. I ring the bell over and over. she glares at me.
"What?"
"Excuse me, but i have a question," i start extra loud. she waits. then sighs.
"What's your ques--"
"My sonny -- Fifi, i think you met him earlier -- would care for some water." I say with a long sigh.
"And--"
"And i would like to know where i can get some of this water," i smile and bat my eyelashes at her. she starts to get up.
"Oh! and don't forget about my hubby!" i lower my voice to a loud whisper. "He needs to take his meds, so bring another cup just for him." I wait half a second as she hesitates, looking confused. "Well hurry up! I don't have all day!" i snap. she hightails it out of there. I smile, then turn around. Noelle is holding herself up by the door handle and laughing her head off. I can see Matt behind her. well this is awkward...

Matt: "Was that... That wasn't... "Surely that wasn't Journey!" My voice rings out. "I didn't know she had it in her!"

[lily "the author" hanna]

Noelle: I fall to the floor, laughing so hard. the look on Journey's face when she saw us! oh god, that was hilarious!! I sigh, giggles still bubbling up in my throat. "She's only that funny when she doesn't think anyone else is around." I smirk to myself and look up as Journey appears. her face is a bit pink.
"Uh..hey guys," she scratches the back of her head and smiles sheepishly. "what's up?"
I burst into another round of laughter.

Matt: "Well you seem to be quite high "up" in here. So, I'm guessing you're what's up." I laugh, partly because it's so nice to hear that sound coming from Noelle.

[lily "the author" hanna]

Noelle: I wipe an eye. "Ah, you crack me up, J," I say with a grin and pat her shin from where i was still on the floor. She just shakes her head and looks over her shoulder.
"Duty calls. That nurse chick is back." I watch, holding my breath as she struts over and leans against the counter, picking up the bell and holding it in her hand so she just press the button with her thumb over and over. I shake my head, still smiling wide. that's my best friend, for ya.

Matt: "I swear she isn't usually like that." I say, happy that Noelle was finding the situation funny. I sigh.

Noelle: "I know she isn't. Not since--" i stop myself and shake my head. i sit up, leaning against the door so that it closes. i rest my arms on my knees and look at the floor.

Matt: "Since? Since what?" I asked, confused.

[lily "the author" hanna]

Noelle: I blink at him. Could i really trust him with Journey's secret? I think about it. i guess i could try. "That guy you ran into at the bar last night that was being a total ass? That was Journey's ex. he abused her." I say quietly. "for a year and a half. she didn't tell me until just a few weeks ago when they broke up."

Matt: I blink once. "I should have hit him," I growl. "but on the plus side, I'm sure Theo won't be the same. I mean, I know he can hit pretty hard from the amount of drums that have needed replacing, but I think they'll be good for each other."

[lily "the author" hanna]

Noelle: "Well that's one couple off my mind," i joke lightly, smiling faintly before looking back to the floor and my smile fading a bit.

Journey: the girl held out the glasses of water to me like i was a leper or something.
"here.." she hesitates before snatching the bell from me quickly and sitting down at her desk. i thank her and pick up the water, walking off cheerfully.
"Fifi will be so happy that you care so much!" I call over my shoulder to her.

Matt: "Are we the other?" I whisper uncertainly.

Noelle: I shrug a shoulder and look up at him. "Depends," i say. "I mean, you're on my mind a lot..so i guess, yeah," I admit, smiling weakly.

Matt: I smile. "That's good." I nod. "That's really nice."

Noelle: I sigh, putting on a small smile and then peeking out the door. The nurse girl was gone. I stand up and open the door, walking out a few steps. "Let's go check on the other two," I say quietly.

Matt: I nod. "Why not?" It'll be good to see ol' Fifi. I just hope I don't bump into that nurse again... Ugh.
