I give a friendly grin to Tanner once the others have left. "I'm surprised you just let her go." My voice is even with just a hint of amusement, maybe I'd underestimated the two.

Tanner: I rubbed my chin and stared at the doorway Lorenna had left through. I hadn't had much of choice. If I tried to hold on to her, it would mean war. I laughed and shook my head. "Oh, I didn't," I said enigmatically.

Yeah, you always think that but when you go back you're okay... That's what happens to me...

Freedom laughed slightly, "Yeah are you hitting on me? Just a shame I'm not a looker. I guess Tanner kinda knocked that outta me," confidence was what she was mainly talking about but she thought that it could go either way, "But either way I guess I look rather royal," she hovered the mask over her face, "But I need a haircut."

Quill: I didn't know how to respond to that, so I just focused on the hair comment. "You're hair looks fine," I said, though I really didn't have an opinion one way or another. Freedom and I had never been close. It wasn't that I disliked her, it was just that there weren't many people who I did like.

"Right." I say to him, of course it did. I turn to leave, not feeling my presents needed any longer, and knowing that Jacko would be gone. "It was nice to see you Tanner." I said, more sarcasm in my voice than sincerity.

I walk out onto the dark streets, my mind wandering. I wondered if it was such a good idea to join this heist. It all depended on what Tanner was up to. Frowning I realized Id gone up to the better part of town, my old habits leaning me home. I grimace at the cheery streets name as I turn back around, too close to the old man for comfort. I make my way back to my new home, my real home.

Lorenna: Jacko led me through the twisting alleyways. Every time a patrol came into view, he would push me behind something and put his body between me and the guards. My heart thumped against my best. Fear clutched at my stomach and my breathing came in short gasps.
Finally we reached the inn. We entered through the back. Leon had an entire patrol stationed at the front of the inn. The only way to reach the narrow door that led into the stable yard was to go down an incredibly narrow alleyway that was hidden by a stall. The stall was owned by one of the people who worked for Jacko.
He led me upstairs and hustled me into the sitting room. I breathed out a sigh of relief as I collapsed onto the couch.
"Are you alright?" he asked, shutting the doors and coming to kneel in front of me. I nodded my head. "Did he hurt you?" I shook my head. Jacko gripped my hands. "Are you sure you're alright, Lorenna?" Another nod. Jacko sighed and let his head drop. "You should get some rest." I lay down where I was, unable to move. The pain in my leg was reaching the point of being unbearable.
I fell asleep as soon as my eyelids fluttered shut.

Keith lingered as Jon passed him. Still not knowing what Tanner had up his sleeve, still not knowing why Tanner wanted him their too. He went to walk down the stairs and a floorboard creeked loudly. "Crap." He whispered, as he turned towards the door that was slightly ajar.

Tanner: I frowned. Was someone still here? I got up and walked to the door. I flung them open. Keith stood on the stairs, looking back at me. "I thought you had left already," I said, closing the doors and walking to the top of the stairs.

"You know, we should never leave in big groups." Keith quickly lied. He was actually trying to figure out why Tanner needed him for the exchange, but at the moment Keith was grateful he had not noticed the resemblence.

"I know." Keith had killed two birds with one stone with his answer. Keith was happy Tanner hadn't noticed who he looked like. He took a step down the stairs.

Keith took another step down, "No, it was a simple haircut." He was getting closer to guessing. Keith could see it in his face a plan was forming in Tanners mind.

Keith froze, eyes widening, "It is merely coincadence." No need to tell him of his hunch. Keith backed down a few more stairs. He was sure Tanner had a plan in his head, and he didn't want any part of it.

Keith gave Tanner a strange look, he had still not found out why he was needed, but he decided it was best to leave. He reached for the door and began to head outside.
