Lorenna: I looked at the dress. "Orange suits her better," I said. I walked outside. "She's not coming back with us," I told Keith.

"I figued that much." Keith said, "But she is going on the gig with us." He looked at her. And started walking down the alley. "She knows to much, but she wont know the entire plan from now on."

Lorenna: I nodded in agreement and followed after him. "We're sticking with the plan to get the key from the prince, right?" I asked. Ihoped there hadn't been any other developements while I had been away.

"Should I go?" she suddenly stopped halfway through Keith's bird-like mask, one with a long beak, I knew he was nosy. With a sigh, she stood up, then sat back down, "Stop being such a coward Free! You can't let this get the better of ya..." she assured herself as she clenched her fists, "Nah, I am a coward, always have, always will be..." she spun around and started back on with the sewing, humming along to a song she knew.

(kk Very Happy)

Tanner: I entered the back yard of the small apartment. After much persuading, Quill had told where Freedom was living. I walked through the yard and entered the back door. A cramped set of stairs led up. I took them. Quill had said she lived on the second floor at the end of the hall. I followed his directions.
I knocked on the door.

Lorenna: I walked along quietly next to Keith. With him gone, Jasmine would inherit the rank of second thief. I wasn't sure if I would like that or not. In many ways I actually liked Keith, but he annoyed me a lot.

If Keith was gonna drag me there... She started mumbling under her breath, a thimble resting on the end of her finger, "What now K-" she began, freezing when she saw Tanner's bright green eyes. How did he get here? Quill betrayed me? I was like a deer in head lights, unable to move just staring at him, mouth hanging out still. One word. Shi-

Tanner: Her shocked look brought a smile to my face. "You thought I didn't know where you lived," I said quietly, stepping around her into the dimly lit room. The place was small and...homey. My lips twisted slightly. I preferred my place with the large bay windows and the nice couches.

They made their way back to the inn, Keith walked inside. But he did not get to comfortable he had a job tonight. That plus they had to work out the minute details of the masquarade gig.

Freedom shut the door carefully behind her, keeping quiet. If she had any mind then she'd have hidden the dresses and masks, but of course she was utterly petrified, "What are you doing here?" her voice was shakey, not her normal voice at all; maybe that of which she used around him most of the time nowadays, but still, she lived in fear around this guy.

Tanner: "I wanted to see how you're doing," I said. I walked over to her desk. Masks and dresses were strewn across it. I picked up the green one. Green was Lorenna's favorite color. I tossed the mask aside and turned around. "Planning an extravagant evening?" I asked.

Lorenna: "I guess you're right," I said with a put upon sigh.

Jacko: I sat in the sitting room, examining the papers of nobility that lay before me. The one I held in my hand was Lorenna's. "Lady Belare." I shook my head as I stared down at the paper.

"Just a few orders," I tried to dodge the bullet, "People give me orders and sizes and I make them; with the Prince's ball coming up I'm busy," I empathised the last word although I was freaking out. He was gonna find out wasn't he? How was he gonna react? Biting my lip, I looked away to the black dress hanging up, my hands and my whole body in general shaking like a leaf; this could be bad.

Tanner: I went over to her. "Freedom, you're shaking." A smile crept into my voice. I put my hands on her shoulders. "What's wrong?" I asked. I put my mouth next to her ear. "What aren't you telling me?"

Freedom shivered, "Tanner, nothing," I looked away, trying to slip that way but he had me held firmly, "I'm just trying to do as you said, break up their gang..." she looked over at the window, the main one lighting up the room despite it's small size. She closed her eyes slightly, waiting for his next move, herself trying to gain posture but failing miserably; if she could faint then she would have there and then.

Lorenna: I walked past Keith and pushed the door open. I walked inside. Jacko looked up. "Do you have the masks?" I sat down next to him and made a concious effort not to rest my head on his shoulder.
"Sort of," I said. Jacko raised his eyebrows and looked at Keith.
