I ran down the stairs, remembering that my Molinja (sp) marks were showing. I didn't care anymore. My eyes turned into a deep red, not the Strigoi type and I searched, looking for David or any other strigoi.

Tandia: I rolled my eyes at Fox and walked beside Dimitri. He turned to me, his eyes fierce. "You should go to your room" He stated. I shook my head. "I'm the only one for the job Comrade" I said, saluting him with two fingers. He shook his head but kept walking.

Fox: Her last comment caught my attention. I stopped and looked over my shoulder at the girl. "Ah..." I looked her up and down. "We're screwed."

I looked around, standing and closed my eyes. 'Air, I need you to blow the scent of the Strigoi towards me. Please.' I opened my eyes and a gush of air blew towards me.

Mostly air but because her mom was able to control Fire and her dad Spirit they kind of merged together so she can use them.

Tandia: I laughed and shrugged the insult off. "Whatever you say" I said walking past her. I looked into her eyes and stepped back. She wasn't a dhampir.
She was a moroi.

Tandia: I shook off the feeling and realized something. if Shaylee was using the wind to blow the scent of a strigoi... she could use it to get me.

I saw David up close and I growled. I then tackled him to the ground pinning him down.

I growled at David, "So what is it this time that my father ordered you to do to me? Rape? Kill? Or just torture?" My stake was carefully tucked in my belt in a position that no one except me would be able to retrieve it.

Tandia: I decided it was time to intercede. I walked up and stood beside Shaylee, watching David keenly. I could take him on. I'd done it before, I could do it again. I wanted to know what he was doing here though.

I looked at Fox, my hair moving away from the back of my neck revealing the Molnija marks. "Not until I get my answers." I looked back at David just as he kicked me off. I landed on my back and he got on top of me. Suddenly, his fangs were on my neck, sinking in. Blood spilled out of the bite mark, quickly drenching my tanktop. I screamed in agony but held onto my stake. I then drove the stake into his back, right where his heart was.

Tandia: I refrained from crying out and tore David off, snaping his neck quickly. The stake hadn't gone in deep enough, but he was in pain. I sucked in a breath and grabbed the steak. It didn't hurt me as much as it hure other Strigoi, but it still hurt. I pusjed the steak in deeper and he writhed in agony.

I watched as David's skin paled drastically and I noticed that he was finally dead. I tried to move but I couldn't.

Fox: "So much for getting answers." I knelt down next to her, whipped off my cloth head band, and pressed it to the wound. "You owe me a head band," I muttered.

I rolled my eyes and glanced at Dimitri then at Tandia. "Thanks." I said, weakly then started to cough up blood violently.

Fox: Dimitri knelt and lifted her up. "Don't worry," he said. "We'll get you to the infirmary."
"He will," I corrected. "I have a life."
